    Good for location

This hotel is super convenient to the Mass Mutual Center and the MGM Casino. Our room was very dated and has issues, but the manager resolved it after the fact, offering us an upgrade on our next visit. She also said the upper floors have been renovated.

    Rude And Abused

Do yourself a favor don’t stay here. Once the manager is gone that’s when the front desk act like idiots. I must’ve interrupted the girl on the front desk and also the big black guy they actually wouldn’t do anything a simple problem turns into a big kerfuffle. All I wanted was engineering to reset the TV everything from hangup calls do you name it checking out in the morning. I’m moving across the street the Sheridan is a fail.

    First Class Hotel

We purchased a large room block and a room rental for an event we had in Springfield. The entire sales staff was AMAZING. Moira Barden, Alyssa Fini and Christine Reed all provided excellent service. They were very quick to answer emails and take care of all of our needs. I was so impressed by the way they handled everything. What a joy to work with all of them. Everyone that stayed at the hotel had nothing but amazing things to say about the hotel staff, rooms and food. Also, really great rates as well. Please keep this place in mind for an event or even a vacation. You will be happy you did!

    Very good hotel

The Sheraton Springfield is a very good hotel. The large building has an underused atrium, but otherwise it was a perfect stay. The hotel is easy to find right of the Interstate 91 exit. The garage is well signed and easy to find and use. Check-in was very easy, and actually the staff was super friendly and helpful. My 6th floor room was, basically, perfect. Everything was in working order and exceptionally clean. Frankly, I slept like a log on the king size bed. As nice as the physical facility was...the staff I ran into were truly wonderful. Everyone that worked there seemed to be happy, smart, and service oriented. I’ll be back

    Fantastic Hotel Great Staff

First time visiting Springfield to see the Basketball Hall of Fame which was within walking distance. Staff were all very nice and helpful. Restaurants in the hotel were great and reasonably priced. We actually got bumped up into a suite, which was huge!! If I’m ever staying in Springfield again, I’ll stay here!
