Great costumer service the staff was amazing and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious for a family of four. This was time staying at the Melia and we will definitely be coming back. Food was amazing and the family dinners were delicious!

Wonder"full" 2 wks at Meliá Puerto-vallarta
What stands out the most for us is the staff, their professionalism, kindness & friendliness and their engagement was genuine. A shout out to Brandon at Lobby Front Desk, Silvia from Guest Services, Georgina for bookings, Angel captain of Lobby entrance & luggage handling, he & Sylvia both true angels. Wait staff at Mosaic were outstanding with a shout out to Roberto. Wait staff at Mole restaurant for breakfast were amazing! Marco always remembered what we both liked to start our day, coffee for me & green tea for my husband. Ignacio was also very impressive & Karen's beautiful, kind & gracious energy, very professional & classy. On our last day we had reserved a Bali bed outdoors & Johni went over & beyond to ensure our needs were taken care of, which made our last day very special. The food at Mosaic was very good & offered great diversity. The avocado toast & everything else including the green juice were absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed a few meals at the Fish House, a few favorites were the Rocca shrimp salad & the Bluefin Tuna tartar. The staff there however were not as warm & friendly & always seem rushed, the captain always seemed stressed & distracted & did not come across & sincere and could learn much from Mosaic & Mole restaurants staff. Our room was spacious with an incredible ocean front view. The bed, pillows & bedding were very comfortable as well as the Rituals Brand of toiletries we very much enjoyed as we ended up not using our own products that brought from home. Jenni our cleaning lady had such a sincere & infectious smile, always ensured we had everything we needed & mini bar fridge was always fully stocked. We very much enjoyed our stay at Meliá Puerto-Vallarta and the quiet tranquil location just a short walking distance to the marina, cafés & boutiques/shops. We recommend Meliá Puerto Vallarta & would return.

Great vacation.
The building was impressive, very open accessible. We accessed buffet, lounge common areas mostly daily and nightly. Room was nice and quiet. The buffet was our choice for dining which we found enjoyable. The staff were great all-round. We had a great time and would return if possible. Thank you.

My room/bathroom was not clean. Yech! No reservations available at either restaurant throughout my stay. Buffet food was all that was available and it was mediocre at best. Dried out meat, fish, chicken entrees. Only one salad dressing choice and it was super sweet. Desserts looked good but the quality of the ones I tried were below average. Drinks were plentiful and service very good, but the margaritas and pina coladas were way too sweet and the Bloody Mary mixer was flat out didn’t take good. I didn’t finish the one I ordered. Melía needs a thorough quality control make over.
