Felt like home (for a week)
Front desk (Amber) initial greeting was smooth, professional, friendly and genuine. At the bar Abby made the evening special and welcoming for our initial group..and my goodness she knew how to make a perfect anything you asked for. Restaurant food was well prepared and delicious. Recommendations for other restaurants we tried were on point. So! Amber..Abby..Thank you for the exceptional service, attitudes, welcoming spirit! You took us from a good hotel guest experience to an awesome one. Would pick here again for our next few groups coming up here because of you! And yes, rooms clean, free washer dryer, really good stay.

Perfect business trip
Wonderful reception upon arrival. Great restaurant (food is amazing) and the gym has everything you need. Around a lot of other great restaurants too!

Clean, 5 star service!
Clean, fresh and comfortable. Checked in late, Amber took great care of us. Conveniently located, tons of stuff nearby. Highly recommend!

Hot in Cincinnati
Hotel staff were very nice. Cleanliness of hotel was very good. Breakfast was below average. The major issue in my first room was the air conditioning. The room was 76 degrees. Do not get a corner room. My second room was only marginally better. I had the AC set at 67 but the room was at 72 to 74 degrees depending on the time of day. It was hot. Temperatures in the 90's. So, a cool room was a priority to me. I'm a multi unit business owner. The AC is a concern. The staff is aware. So, that makes leadership the problem. Sorry, Marriott, I expect better.

Laurie Made Our Stay Extra Special!
Laurie at the front desk was absolutely wonderful! I asked about the Otis Spunkmeyer cookies we had 5 years ago when we celebrated our wedding at the Marriott, and she went out of her way to find one for me. It may seem like a small gesture, but it meant so much and brought back special memories. Amber was also incredibly kind and helpful. Both ladies made us feel truly welcomed and valued. Exceptional service—thank you, Laurie and Amber!
