Excelente service at time of checking very quick, friendly staff and rooms was very clean, Nestor animation, was very helpful at time of asking questions, was able to help us get directions, and letting us know what was going on for the day, lovely staff.

Jul 28, 2025One star solely because of the entertainment
Unfortunately, our experience at the accommodation did not meet our expectations. The room we were assigned had poor cleanliness, with mold in the bathroom. Additionally, the quality of the food was quite basic, and it seemed that the same dishes were served in different restaurants, just changing locations. Specifically, if you have the option of staying in room 206 in the club building, I would recommend considering other alternatives, as that was the room we were assigned. However, the entertainment was excellent! I would give it just one star, but solely for the entertainment.

An excellent time at Marival Emotions. We had a 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom in division 6 and a studio in building A. the units in division 6 we very roomy but needs a slight update, but I felt it was in the best location to everything in the resort. the rooms in building A has been updated and are very nice. We found the food to be good with ample selections at the buffet. Omar at breakfast service was very attentive and friendly. The cappucino are exceptional. The pool bar by the Mai Tai Beach Club was nice, but it took a while to get a drink, they could've used a third bartender, otherwise they served good quality drinks. The best specialty restaurants were, in this order, Amalfi, Las Palomas and La Pergola. The steaks at La Pergola was tasty but fell short. Fidel was the agent for Viaggio, who helped us with airport transport and the Razor Rainforest Tour. Excellent job helping us. On the beach, find Alberto, who runs the Jetskis. We had a fantastic time with the jetskis. Best part is the range he allowed to ride them. Gabriel at the valet helped arrange a driver who took us into PVR for a few hours. Fenando was our driver and he was great. very friendly and informative of the area. Be sure to hit Tacos el Moreno, an awesome taco street cart. the top person at Marival Emotions is Katrina. She's in the concierge office next to the Lobby Grand Bar. She arranged our specialty restaurant reservations and general help throughout our stay. Extremely friendly, kind and generous. She offered our group of 10pp a very generous offer which was a highlighted of our week stay, with no strings attached. I don't want to give away any details of the offer, wouldn't want new guests to expect free stuff from her. so lets just say she is the best! highly recommend this resort, especially for familes with young children.

Jul 19, 2025The pool gets crowded, get there early. The food was great and the service was even better. The Italian restraint was by far our favorite.
