Oct 11, 2024Is the best place to stay for business but need to improve
I usually stay here while on business due to the location, the beautiful rooms with amazing views and the opportunity to take a quick swim either before of after work. I don’t give them five stars because my rate has breakfast included, but since the executive room was undergoing repairs, I was supposed to get room service and that proved to be a nightmare the least of it that the phone doesn’t work and that they open at 7 am but is a totally 7 am that is later than 7:20. At the end I ended grabbing something at the cafe but one of the days the lady managed to make a bagel inedible which must be an art

Skip this cafe for lunch. We picked Margaritaville because we knew we would be dining for lunch at a clean restaurant. We got a cocktail and the Cesar salad and the turkey club. We had horrible service. Only 3 tables had customers and it was bad. We only saw Aaron when we ordered and brought our food. He never brought my water. Once my cocktail was gone I was so thirsty. My husband never got his tea refill. We asked Aaron and he gave a thumbs up but never came back. The hostess Seline saw it. I finally flagged her down for a refill. My turkey sandwich had one piece a meat, Super disappointing and complete waste of our time and money. Way to ruin a fun day!!!

The resort is exceptional and the customer service is top tier. The views from the room we stayed in Harbourside were amazing with the 2 bedroom option and wrap around balcony. I would visit this location over and over again and recommend others to do so as well. The water park was so much fun with the kids and the separate pool areas were kept clean and offered a bar and good food. We can’t wait to return for another vacation to the Bahamas and stay at the Margaritaville resort.

Eat and enjoy!!
Ate at the restuaurant in the hotel and we had Ian as a server and everything was amazing. Service, food and experience all top notch. The walk through the halls are gorgeous. Music is just at the right volume. Watched a Birthday song and it was fun to be part of!

Simply The Best !
Lakeisha was so attentive. She went over and beyond making us feel special. We had a great time with our family reunion! She brought us drinks and took photos. She really looked out for us nmPlease go see her you won’t regret it. She will take care of you.
