Ian provided great service and made me feel welcomed, even when dining alone. He was pleasant, enthusiastic, and provided quick and efficient service. Happy to dine here again with folks like Ian working there. Recommend for a late night dinner.

Apr 23, 2025Scam . Avoid for day pass food and beverage package
Be careful purchasing the day pass. It is a scam. They do not honor what you purchase. We purchased a drink and food package with no exclusions listed. When we got there we were told we could have limited selection of soft drinks and food. Spoke to a couple people including Jamal the manager in the food service area. He said the because the package did not say what it included it didn’t matter what it said in the excluded. Total scam for the price . Do better Margaritaville

Lakeisha - Beach attendant is the best!
Our stay at this family-friendly resort was unforgettable! The beach experience was top-notch—fine, soft sand and crystal-clear water made every moment magical. But the true highlight of our trip was Lakeisha, our amazing beach attendant. She was incredibly attentive, genuinely caring, and always one step ahead, offering help before we even knew we needed it. Her warm presence made our beach days extra special. Highly recommend!

Staycation
This is a really nice spot for a staycation. Really nice hotel with fun water park, however, the water in the lazy river was very cold. Lathario at Frank and Lola’s was very attentive and nice! Provided great service and the drinks were really nice overall great product for the price.

Lunch at Vacation Cafe
Ian was our server in the VACATION CAFE, EXCELLENT SERVER! HE WENT ABOVE & BEYOND! APPRECIATED HIS SERVICE! Will definitely be back. The menu options were excellent, MANGO Daiquiri was a must have! IAN I will be back! Reasonable priced, chill atmosphere!
