Dirty, Rude staff
Horrible hotel, was dirty and the staff was rude. This was our third time trying the place and all three times had the same experience. Came back hoping it was a one time problem but it wasn’t won’t be back.

Don’t go here.
Horrible customer service. Horribly mismanaged. Showed them bank account proving proof of payment and still refused to give me a room. They wanted us to double pay. Could not recommend less unless you want to be mistreated by a front desk guy who is useless.

Very pleasant stay!
On a recent cross country trip we needed an overnight stay in a hotel that accommodates large dogs. I am so pleased we chose the La Quinta in Louisville KY. We had a spacious room that was spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds. We were given our request for a room on the lower level as our dog is terrified of elevators! There is a lovely large green space next to the hotel which is very convenient for early morning and late evening dog walks. We will definitely stay there again.

Quite disappointing--many things need repair
From the first moments we arrived we could see how poorly managed this hotel is. We were given a rickety luggage cart that barely held the luggage (it was literally falling apart). As we pulled it into the elevator, another guest told us her shower had massively flooded. She was carrying an armful of towels from the front desk to clean it up herself. Next, our room frig was not cold. Our room lights did not go on at first. And the cell outlets didn't work for our cells. Another guest was at the desk complaining about her room lights.
