    Way too hot. Cruelly brief breakfast. Grossly weak coffee. No freezers

    Clueless management are making the hotel miserable. Breakfast being closed at 9AM is mean spirited and cruel to people with disabilities suffering in the heat and not able to get up early. Everything is way too hot. Elevator was too hot. Third floor hallway was too hot. It took three hours for room AC to make room comfortable. Refrigerator in room only luke-cool with dial set to coldest and it has no freezer. I have icepacks I need for my disabling physical conditions that I gave to front desk to put in freezer and when I got them in the morning, they where not even frozen.

    Racism

    They are completely racist. They saw all of us (black people) going into the pool and then said we have 2 minutes or they are calling the police. We went back to our rooms we were about to go to sleep and they called the police. We did nothing to cause them to do that.

    This was a good choice stay

    Very pleased with our stay. The check in and check out staff were very friendly. The hotel lobby/breakfast area is nice. Our room was nice, the beds were comfortable and the air system worked good. The breakfast bar offered a nice variety of cold and hot items. The price was the best in the area especially for such nice accommodations. We will stop in again when passing through Louisville.

    Dirty, Rude staff

    Horrible hotel, was dirty and the staff was rude. This was our third time trying the place and all three times had the same experience. Came back hoping it was a one time problem but it wasn’t won’t be back.

    A Very Solid Hotel BUT

    You really cannot fault the place, everything is here Hot breakfast Ample Parking Sundries store 24 hour desk Pool Fitness Center Business Center Laundry Large Room Comfy bed Fridge TV Wi-Fi Only problem was I could not breathe for what reason I don't know. But yeah definitely reccomend the place
