Staff are very friendly and accommodating, Jimmy Sosa was great help, all you need is to text him and he responds in seconds, always check if we need something, and then he follow up if our request is fulfilled, highly recommend him to any family or couple visit Lopesan unique club,

Fantastic experience
Absolutely the best time! 10/10 recommend getting the Unique package! From the private pool to beach, to our own buffet and bar. Our Butler Isaury was beyond amazing. Thank you so much Lopesan for the amazing memories! A memory we wont forget!

Excellent family vacations
We we love Lopesan The unique club is fantastic. I advise anybody to sign up for the unique 10 out of 10. Perfect the whole result was wonderful. The food the pool the beach everybody was so pleasant and happy I would 100% come here again which we will service wonderful Butler Issues de Los santos was wonderful. He is the best person here if you come here 100% ask for him he will make sure everything is taken care of. It was my granddaughter‘s 21st birthday. He went out decorated the room made sure she had a cake it was absolutely perfect

Amazing anniversary trip/celebration
The hotel was very nice and has a lot of activities for the guest. My Buttler, Jimmy, was very attentive to our needs and even arranged a surprise for us as we told him we were celebrating our anniversary. Overall I had an excellent stay and I would totally recommend this hotel. As a side note, I was staying in the “unique” tier, and it is definitively worth it!
