Awful place to stay
They advertise no resort fee but they won’t do anything if you do get charged a resort fee. For them keeping their resort fee is more important than a returning guest. Would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone. The manager was unprofessional and was easily agitated when we informed her of the error.

Excellent stay!
We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Las Vegas at Resorts World. Check-in line was very long around 2:00pm but we were able to use the Hilton Honors line for Diamond members which had no one in line. The Front desk agent was very nice, professional, and answered all of our questions. Our room and the hotel overall was very clean. There were plenty of slots and parking was FREE for hotel guests and visitors. We did try the food court and the breakfast place Suns Out Buns Out, both were very good. We will come back!

Best Las Vegas Of My Life
My stay at Resorts World was the best. I loved the suite and the sofa bed was comfy. I loved the view, and everything else was amazing too. The dinner there is amazing. Like, amazing.

Do NOT get a pool or strip facing room!
As a local, I sometimes like to have a staycation on the strip. RW is offering no resort fee and free parking all summer long as to why I chose this resort. I'm personally a middle of the strip kind of gal, but decided to venture north. BIG MISTAKE. I checked in early and upgraded to a pool/strip view for an extra $35 a night and the club music does not stop all night long. I thought it was pretty loud during the day at their club pool which stopped around 5pm. The club music started sometime after I went to sleep after 10pm and now it is 1am and so much bass and thumping. So disappointing! Even with being on the 54th floor (out of 59 floors). I'm sure I'm cutting this trip from 3 nights to 1 night and cutting my losses. Food wise, for room service they expect you to use GrubHub app, but it is their own employees that bring food to you. Even then, the food places inside RW they have slim offerings from both venues and menu choosing. It would be better to just go down to their food hall and get something you actually want. The room itself is nice and clean. Average for what is on the strip. Kohler gold metal plumbing, which is a nice touch and large shower. RW does pump their fragrance throughout the casino and rooms pretty strong compared to other resorts, a little to powerful, which is aggravating my sinuses. I did notice some paint chipping away on the dresser, which should be touched up. There is a narrow mini fridge provided, but no microwave. If RW didn't play the club music of all hours of the day/night, it would be more worth it for me, but RW failed me as well as many others who have complained about the noise.

Hilton charged me for minibar items I never consumed – beware
I want to be very clear: I never, ever consumed the minibar items I’m being charged for. I wouldn’t waste my time writing this if Hilton had treated me fairly. Despite several emails and claims, nobody helped me resolve this issue properly. I even sent the bill with all the incorrect charges highlighted in yellow, showing clearly what I never consumed. They kept charging me $59 repeatedly for mini bottles I never touched, and even $126 for a larger bottle I never opened. After multiple complaints, they refunded the $143 — which, to me, is an admission of error. Still, over $400 in unjustified minibar charges remain. To future guests: be very careful with the minibar. If you pick up a bottle and put it back, it seems to trigger a sensor that charges you automatically, even if you don’t consume it. To me, this is theft, and I can say it openly: Hilton has stolen from me. I have the invoice to prove it.
