    Hilton honors - Don’t Bother!!

If you’re a Hilton honors member, run away! This hotel doesn’t care about you and tries to rip you off on the meager benefits they do offer. It took 1 hr to check in because Heidy couldn’t get the rooms to post and make keys. They were prepaid so should have been quick. Had to go to back to get support from manager. Then as we were finally checked in, we noticed they put us in 2 Queen rooms vs the King deluxe reserved. So another 20 minutes of waiting to correct their error. Then at checkout I noticed that they had credited my $15/person/ night food & beverage credit - which we get $15 at a Hilton Garden Inn, why is it the same at a Hilton… then, Heidy again, tells me it’s only valid at one restaurant- Dawg House- which also just happens to be the only restaurant that REQUIRES a $50/person minimum tab to eat at. No use of benefits at gift shop for water, etc… of course, they don’t tell you of this at check-in because they don’t really care that you’re a Hilton member… I like the resort, the pool was great, valet easy to use and friendly, and the property is great. Just don’t think of it as a Hilton. Or a Conrad. It’s not. It’s just a mega casino that doesn’t care about the flag it holds.

Worst accommodations and highest prices ever

This hotel was huge mistake. We were over charged for everything and encountered several hidden costs. When I travel to Las Vegas again I would rather stay at a motel 6. The pillows were worthless, the pool was closed, everything thing from coffee inthe morning to snacks or meals were drastically over priced. There is nothing positive to be said about the accommodation or service we received. Staff stood around and talked while we waited for assistance in restaurants at the hotel desk and in shops.

    NOT family friendly

My husband and I came to Vegas with our baby for an event he had. I had frozen breast milk for my baby. When I arrived there was no freezer in the mini fridge. All places we have traveled had always had a mini freezer available. I asked the front desk and they said they had no rooms with any freezer. I called and asked for a cooler with ice or cooler with dry ice. They said no. I asked if I could put the breast milk in a freezer somewhere. They said no. Unfortunately this resulted in all of the breast milk I brought to be completely melted and ruined. I was completely out of food for my small baby. The hotel did not care at all. When I explained this they said it wasn’t their problem and they were happy to cancel my room so I could deal with my problem elsewhere. Feeding a baby shouldn’t be “a problem.” I know I’m not the only person to have needed to store breast milk for their baby. Babies have to eat and I shouldn’t have been put in this situation. Again we travel frequently and have always had a little freezer in the mini fridges. We stayed 2 other places just this week that had freezers. Having lost so much breast milk ruined the trip. We have typically stayed at Hilton’s when we travel but we will no longer support them after this.

Enjoyed our first stay and certainly won’t be the last

We enjoyed our first time staying at the Hilton Las Vegas. Check in was swift and the girl at front counter was super friendly. We arrived at 8:30 am and the regular check in time is 4 pm. I asked for a complimentary upgrade since we were celebrating our 7 year anniversary. She offered deluxe king size room with strip view on the very top 59th floor for an additional $35/night and no charge for early check in. Since it was our anniversary we agreed to splurge. We received a text at 10 am saying our room was ready. Room was clean and spacious. Loved the bathroom and view. The bed is very comfy. The hotel is extremely clean overall. We like the fact that it was not over crowded due to the fact that the hotel is located at the very North end of the strip (beside Circus Circus) so not central. We enjoyed eating breakfast at Sun’s Out Buns Out. I would not suggest dining at Junior’s restaurant. Their food is mediocre and our server was so absent minded that he forgot a steak knife for our Prime rib dinner and au jus sauce. There are a total of 5 pools and we hung out at the adults only infinity pool because it was less busy. We had 100 degrees weather in October which was amazing!!! My only complaint for being a 4.5 star hotel, they should provide robes, slippers and a coffee machine inside the rooms. There was a very big safe that didn’t work but we didn’t need it anyways.

    Terrible hotel..don't waste your money

The front desk customer service is atrocious. Zach was extremely rude and Melissa was a terrible manager. I had issues with my keys and his terrible attitude only magnifies the situation. I will never stay at Resorts World again. The rooms are average and its way over-priced. Marriott properties far exceed their customer service level
