Enjoyed our first stay and certainly won’t be the last

We enjoyed our first time staying at the Hilton Las Vegas. Check in was swift and the girl at front counter was super friendly. We arrived at 8:30 am and the regular check in time is 4 pm. I asked for a complimentary upgrade since we were celebrating our 7 year anniversary. She offered deluxe king size room with strip view on the very top 59th floor for an additional $35/night and no charge for early check in. Since it was our anniversary we agreed to splurge. We received a text at 10 am saying our room was ready. Room was clean and spacious. Loved the bathroom and view. The bed is very comfy. The hotel is extremely clean overall. We like the fact that it was not over crowded due to the fact that the hotel is located at the very North end of the strip (beside Circus Circus) so not central. We enjoyed eating breakfast at Sun’s Out Buns Out. I would not suggest dining at Junior’s restaurant. Their food is mediocre and our server was so absent minded that he forgot a steak knife for our Prime rib dinner and au jus sauce. There are a total of 5 pools and we hung out at the adults only infinity pool because it was less busy. We had 100 degrees weather in October which was amazing!!! My only complaint for being a 4.5 star hotel, they should provide robes, slippers and a coffee machine inside the rooms. There was a very big safe that didn’t work but we didn’t need it anyways.

    Terrible hotel..don't waste your money

The front desk customer service is atrocious. Zach was extremely rude and Melissa was a terrible manager. I had issues with my keys and his terrible attitude only magnifies the situation. I will never stay at Resorts World again. The rooms are average and its way over-priced. Marriott properties far exceed their customer service level

    Gorgeous property!

So glad I decided to stay at the Hilton resorts world. It’s so clean, modern, and beautiful. They really did a great job on this property. I came for a work conference and it was in a really nice proximity to where it was being held. Yes it’s a bit off the strip but not far enough to complain about it. I actually appreciate that it was away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. Only note I would say as improvement was the resorts world app is pretty useless. I thought the digital key for access to the room would be through there but instead it makes you download a seperate Hilton app. Then I went to place room service through the app and it makes you download the grub hub app. It really does nothing. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay!

Vegas multi time visitor, First time at Resorts World

Many times i have been to Vegas, First time in Hilton @ Resorts world. Felt welcomed soon as we arrived. We checked in early and they sorted a room out for us straight away which was good. Hotel and building its self is very clean and modern. We had a strip view room, It was a really good size. Bed was super comfortable. Different types of pillows to choose from. Everything you would expect from a modern hotel including USB-c outlets. Bathroom was super nice. Really big walk in shower with rainfall head. Everything was super clean and house keeping did a great job in cleaning everyday. You get a separate fridge to use so you dont have to touch the mini bar fridge which was great. Dont move any of the items as they are on touch sensitive pads and it will get charged to your room without you knowing. Room safe was very big and worked great. Plenty of storage for all your clothes too. Before we flew out i organized with concierge services to have a suprise basket for my wife as it was her birthday, This was brought up to the room while we was out. It was very good service from them and great celebration basket with treats and champagne. Hotel pool is soo nice. Very big compared to other strip resorts. You can pay for nicer beds and loungers if you like but there is plenty of the normal sun beds. Free towels also. Constant drink service if you want it. A little on the expensive side but what do you expect in Vegas. Frozen margaritas are the way to go!! Hotel & casino & everything else - Casino very nice - very little people smoking which was nice. Massive range of games and tables to play. Table play ranged from $15 dollars upwards. More expensive at weekend obviously. But if you dont want to play tables the electronic games are just as fun. Great bar in the middle of casino! Sports bar was really nice to have a drink great selection of games ect on. Far side of the casino if lots of little eateries. Great selection of places to grab some quick eats if you dont want a restaurant meal. Was a little let down by the shops in the resort. Nothing appealed to me tbh and i feel this is one part that could be done better. GO TO CARVERSTEAK. - This steakhouse was omg amazing. It was my wifes birthday and they gave us cheesecake also on the house. But the steaks and sides were unreal. Melt in your mouth goodness. I cannot explain how good it was. Not cheap by any means but soo worth every dollar. We didnt eat in any of the other sit down restaurants in the resort but they were always pretty busy which is a good sign. Download the resorts world app as it gives you all info needed, places to eat, concierge help, housekeeping help, shops there, Bars ect ect. Plus you get resorts world rewards if you spend enough money. Overall - Hotel and resort amazing. Feels so new still. The place is very new compared to other strip hotels but it still shows considering how many people pass through. Its got all you need for a Vegas stay and is just a tiny way away from the heart of the town (ceasers, linq area) but its nice to be there! Would 100% go back! Good tip - Go the supermarket across the road for waters, drinks for room ect. Dont use the shop on site for water its stupid expensive for a bottle of water. Also Peppermill restaurant across the road is epic for breakfasts! Any questions just ask.

    Terrible Customer Service

We booked 12 rooms 3 months prior for my niece wedding. Being a Hilton Honors member I decided to stay for the entire week there. I was told by hotel staff that they are separate from Hilton and do not recognize them for guest use. So, our TV went out for an entire night, they finally had to power off the entire room (took over 2 hours) the next morning. Our refrigerator would not cool, they had to replace that. The safe would not open, showed an error code and "low battery indicator, so they replaced that. The very next morning the replacement safe would not open again, we had to wait for maintenance to come to open up the safe. My wallet with license and keys were in there resulting in me missing my tee time. There were other issues around the resort that were below par, but the time we lost calling for these issues took considerable time away from our vacation and was an posed an extreme disposition on us as we had to be in the room for these issues. After waiting for over 30 minutes a manager finally appeared from the office, she had the complaint already as I had to inform 3 others before her and she asked again. She pointed out to me several times that World Resorts was the most expensive and greatest hotel in the world and simply offered me a got damn late checkout (that had no value, absolutely none) I had so many places i could of stayed, we did not use their casino, the food places we dined were terrible and the hot jacuzzi was cooler than the pool. You really don't want to stay here, you will be so disappointed.
