Dec 03, 2024Poor Service, Not aging well
Do not stay here. Two days of no hot water during our 5 night stay. Room 205 has torn curtains, mold in bathroom and carpet coming up. Only one keycard worked on a consistent basis. The staff setting up for breakfast was rude and the coffee was cold in the carafes.

Nov 19, 2024The Smell of the Yukon
The guestroom smelled like a chemically treated urinal. The room was rundown, had drab decor, had what seemed like missing furniture (or poorly used empty space), and included an unmounted TV that did not angle toward the “living space” of the bed and desk. The carpet here…well, let’s just say it’s best if you don’t look down. The saddest part, though, is that the exterior looks clean and inviting, then the lobby looks less appealing, then the guestroom is a dump. So you don’t get a real sense of the real nature of the place until AFTER you’ve checked in. This makes it a bait-and-switch. I would not advise staying here when there are plenty of other nearby options.

Accomodations terrible
Non working lights and refused to remedy situation, staff was unhelpful one stated just got off duty and the other said no access to help will have to wait till morning when others are here to get what i wanted.

Aug 20, 2024Great staff but facility needs a Reno
We often drive cross country try and always stay at La Quinta Inn because they have pretty consistent quality and are dog friendly. This hotel is way overdue for a renovation as it is substandard compared to the many others at which we have stayed. The Front desk staff was outstanding. They were friendly and efficient at check in late in the day. Phone ringing off the hook and had to wait in line. Management should provide an extra hand at this busy time. Outside facility looked run down. Lobby was very nice, clean and in good condition. Appreciated the free cookies upon our arrival. Terrible mess (spill? Blood? Vomit?) on the rug in the hallway that should have been immediately cleaned but was just marked with cones from the time we arrived late afternoon until early the next morning when we left. Room was run down. Closet door was off the hinges and with rusted out tracks. Otherwise room was clean and nicely prepared. Time for a renovation La Quinta!
