    Impressed short last minute stay

    The front desk staff were all professional and friendly, and always helpful. This was a last minute trip I needed to take for family business and it was stressful enough but the staff here were very accommodating. While it was on the higher end of my budget it was still doable and well worth it.

    Cowards

    Had severe noise complaint from another room- mgt even confirmed problem and others had complaints too. 5 hrs later (9pm to 2am) , 5 trips to front desk , mgt did nothing. Had to call midland police. After I left , no one with upper mgt tried to contact about incident.

    Cozy comfortable room😊

    The room was very clean and cozy. Bed comfortable with fluffy pillows. Air unit was quiet and room stayed comfortable. First night was quiet but second night a little bit noisy after 11:00 pm. Also notice business people coming in so that's ok. Overall pretty peaceful in hallways.

    My new home away from home!

    Lovely Erica made checking in quick and painless. Service and amenities exceeded expectations. I'm staying at this location every time I end up back in Midland. Breakfast always has some variation, which makes multiple night stays even better.

    Great besides late night check in

    Room was very clean and breakfast was good but when I came in to check into my room no one was at the desk I pressed the bell 2 times and called like 3 times and no one came to the desk for about 15 minutes but we got an upgraded room and every was comfortable and clean!
