Dingy but clean, comfortable, needs work
We experienced a room not cleaned when we checked in, dingy but clean rooms (lots of dirt on doors from people handling, dust), beggars before we parked, drug deals seen in the parking lot. Dogs require use of back/side entrances as they are not welcome in the lobby. No volume control on the tvs. Rooms could use some updates. Comfy bed, great hot water. Would not recommend for single female travelers.

Frustrated Traveler
Room was fine but minimal. Not enough clean towels. Only one opened half roll of toilet paper left for multiple people for multiple day stay. Key card did not work requiring card to be rekeyed every single day. Eventually batteries needed changing in key lock delaying us for over 40 minutes. Staff was kind but not super resourceful. Breakfast had great housemate waffles, when batter was available. Eggs were rubbery discs. Sausage with no other meat options. Cold cereal served with lukewarm milk. Decaf coffee was old and stone cold. Fresh orange and plain toast was great ??!!??

Not good. Do not stay here.
No. Never again. This is the 2nd time I've been here. The elevators work on occasion, the "free" breakfasts are usually cold and sketchy with watery eggs and cold sausage. This last time I stayed I woke up to ants everywhere in my room, and was told I should just move to another room. While not disabled, I'm old and tired and really didn't want to cart all of my stuff to another room. The clerks where helpful but cold and indifferent. I'm supposed to be a "gold" Wyndham member which apparently means nothing. A gentleman customer that spoke to said he had been there for two-months and was shocked that the elevators worked at all. The exercise room was "temporarily" closed (as it was on my last visit). I'm not a big TV-watcher, but even *that* didn't work as it should. The floor I was on reeked of pot. Refund?

A bit tired
This hotel was not too bad, but its interior and our room looked tired and in need of a renovation. A little out of town, this was a no frills relatively inexpensive stop over. Breakfast was included. My bacon and scrambled egg bagel was worth having.

Code violations and dirty towels
I was hopeful based on the reviews, but my experience was awful. We arrived after dark, and the parking had several people just hanging about. A bit concerning for a single woman traveler. Check in was easy and staff seemed nice. Once in the room, found the towels in the bathroom were dirty with hair on them, and there were no washcloths at all. Only one tiny bar of soap provided to wash both hands and shower with. The bed pillows were uncomfortable and a weird mix. some were square and filled with lumps of foam, one was firm and too large for the pillowcase. Two were incredibly flat. The worst though was no signage on an elevator that quit working. **This is definitely a code violation with both Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and local building codes** (I suggested to the front desk that they should put up an out of order sign on the 4th floor elevator, and they shrugged it off. ) We had used the elevator just fine after checking in the evening before so I'd had no reason to believe it wasn't working. The next morning though, the call button would light up when pressed, then turn off. I waited about 15 minutes and called the front desk... using the stairs from the fourth floor wasn't an option since I recently had hip replacement. They informed me that elevator wasn't working. Then there was the 'free breakfast.' Probably one of the worst I've ever attended. No fruit, nothing fresh, nothing refrigerated like yogurt although there was an empty mini fridge on the counter. A few packaged items and several slices of white bread waiting to be toasted. No sugar substitutes -- I even asked, thinking they might be out, but no. None available.
