Aug 02, 2025Good thing I got this room discounted
Room smelled weird, water shower head had no pressure, the shower curtain should have been thrown away years ago as for it had more cracks than the shower had seen. The continental breakfast was a joke. Strange people in parking lot. Looked like it was on the way to a very low end hotel if things don’t change soon. Pretty sure I saw a hooker get in a car in the parking lot.

Jul 15, 2025Poor conditions for the money
1. Breakfast, which consisted EVERYDAY of our stay with biscuits and gravy. No meat, no fresh eggs (only hard boiled which were left out on the counter in the back), not enough fresh fruit (only a few pieces each day, and was gone each morning by 7:00am) 2. Our room: 113 - the curtains in our room: the black out curtain- full of holes and the sheer curtain, had many rips. 3. the ironing board cover - borrowed from room 116 - was filthy. 4. the light fixture in the bathroom was cracked. 5. the workout room: 2 out of 5 pieces were out of order. 6. the pool was green. 7. the sheets on one bed had many hairs on it. I asked the front desk for new sheets. He stated they didn't have any. I asked for 2 blankets- one to sleep on and the other to cover.

Terrible and surreal experience. Do not stay here
Terrible and surreal experience at this hotel. Rude and unprofessional staff and management. Do not stay here. I booked here to break up my road trip and because I like the suite room layout. I checked in with my 13 lb rescue dog. The room was very worn out, the sofa and carpet had stains, the tv in the living room had no sound, the hotel just needs work. About 8:30 PM, a very strong animal feces smell permeated the room. I called the front desk and the guy was pretty rude but said he had no other rooms and I could check out and GET A REFUND. About 5 minutes later I get a call to the room telling me I needed to vacate the room within 30 minutes or the police would be involved. WHAT? I thought they had the wrong room. I went to the front desk immediately to ask what was going on and the front desk clerk acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. Am I in the Twilight Zone? I decided to take him up on his offer and packed up my stuff and loaded the car and went to the front desk to turn in my key cards. The front desk clerk again told me " You will get a REFUND in 3-5 business days except for the $25 pet fee. I asked for the manager's information and was provided an e-mail address. I e-mailed the next day to express my concerns and ask for the pet fee back. The response a few days later was nuts, making nonsense alligations and stating I would get NO REFUND. Mind you I booked this room for $83 on hotels.com and I have been charged $160.

Not very clean and many things don't work.
One of 2 elevators was out of service and the working one looked like soda had been sprayed in it. Not good for a 7 story hotel. Broken glass in parking lot. Back door to lobby from parking lot did not work so you had to walk around. Breakfast was just so, so! No fruit, no yogurt, and juice machine had a sign that said no apple juice but, in fact the whole machine did not work. I would not stay there again.
