Why does La Quinta have this property?

We booked this place because we thought it would be like most upscale La Quintas these days: new, fresh, clean, hotel style with access to rooms inside, etc. This property is a run-down decrepit old motel with rooms facing outward, two decks, and a parking lot in front. Cracked cement, smoking rooms, old fixtures, and my wife looked at the motel and the room and shuddered and said, "Eeeww!" The internet did not work. We left this place. Didn't demand a refund, and went to Holiday Inn Express. La Quinta needs to let go of this entity. I do not trust La Quinta anymore. This is a terrible memory.

    Worst Hotel

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I have stayed in LaQuinta Hotels a lot for business. The bathroom had not been cleaned in quite some time, bathtub ring, dirty floor. The bedroom had not been vacuumed there was trash laying around on the floor. The dresser had 2 drawers but no handles This LaQuinta should loose their branding.

Most Disgusting Place I’ve ever seen!!

Omg. I wish I could give this rating a triple zero!! This place is disgusting. We walked in and the stench hit us right in the face! The floors were nasty and had dirty stains all over them! There was something sticky and red all over the closet door and there was a very scary red explosion on the ceiling. There were long black hairs all over the tub and clogging the drain. Not to mention, there was no cold water so we had to run a steaming hot bath and let it sit and cool before we could bathe. Please save yourself and NEVER stay at this place. We laid towels on the bathroom floor and walked on them because we didn’t want to walk on the disgusting floors. Someone should turn them into the health department!,

    So. Much. Blood.

This is the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. It’s not a hotel, it’s a motel. There was blood everywhere... on the walls, the doors, the door handle, the floor, the mirror... I can’t even imagine what has happened in that room. The floors were disgusting. Don’t look in the air conditioner unless you want to see an inch of dust, dirt, trash, and whatever else. We went across to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies to get rid of as much DNA as possible but ended up cutting out of out trip early anyway. The nights are loud and rowdy, there were police there, handling whatever, people doing drugs in the parking lot... simply atrocious. There was a cigarette butt on the lamp. The room stunk so bad we couldn’t sleep. Just don’t.

You can't pay me enough to stay at this PATEL MOTEL!

I would describe this property as a homeless shelter. Carpets are completely run down and stinky, bathrooms are yucky dirty, water doesn't drain in the showertub, and showerheads barely work. We checked in 11:30pm and we were disgusted when we entered our bedroom. My wife refused to take off her shoes or touch anything in the room because it was very dirty. We basically used it to sleep for a few hours and checkout at 7am as we couldn't stand this property. We told the front desk that the carpet haven't been vaccumed and there was waffle syrup spilled on the desk. I am very doubtful that this property is following any of the COVID19 guidelines, except for the fact that they have conveniently stopped providing breakfast.... under the pretense of COVID19 safety guidance. The hotel is using the shower curtain without any internal liners. Bathroom is so small that you can't even stand in it and close the door at the same time. Potty are disgusting dirty and waterflow is very weak. When we complained about these issues with the front desk, they said that the property is bought by some patel family and they haven't not done any upgrades. The staff said that the rooms were used by some construction worker and hence rooms were very dirty. Stay away from the property... not to save your money but your life!
