Apr 19, 2025Horrible -- Rude Staff - No Security - No Breakfast
I have stayed in this hotel many times when it was a La Quinta and several times in the past couple years. The current management and staff leave a lot to be desired! My wife and I were traveling in different cars. I was about three hours behind her. The very rude young man at the desk would not let her check in since the room was in my name. I even called to verify who I was. I called the 800 Reservation desk and they told me that she should have been able to check in. Because she was tired she rented another room. We learned that the office closes at 7 p.m. and does not open until 8 a.m. the next morning. No one is onsite to address any emergency or security issue. Also, they do not serve breakfast! We will never stay in this hotel again. If you look at the good reviews they were all done a year or more ago. Recent reviews are similiar to this one!

Mar 27, 2025No Very Late Check Ins
The room was what you would normally expect for a Super 8. The main surprise was that you cannot check in after 1 am until early the next morning. We were only stopping for one night on a longer trip and arrived at 12:10 am. I saw the hours open sign in the lobby and asked the night manager what happens if someone arrives after 1 am. He said that they would have to find another place to stay and their money would be refunded. I said we did not see this online when we booked it that evening and he said that it just started this week and that it takes about a month to get the websites updated.

Rude from desk, anything to make an extra bunch
The from desk guy was very rude, he tried to charge me $75 when I had just called and they told me $55, I ended up having to call back for the $55 room because he said it wasn’t available even though it was. All their clocks were 30min behind it was like they wanted you to be late in order to make you pay a late fee, thankfully I noticed and updated them. However you can get a room for the same price at motel 6 and many other places. I highly suggest going anywhere but here!

got there around 2p and asked about checking in and was told it would be an extra 23. their ice machine was not working, there was no breakfast at all even though it did say free light breakfast. the employee was not that friendly also. the bed was comfortable

Check my Google review for photos. Great 3 day stay here. David, checked me in. He was very nice and accommodating. Only $65 online but I had a card issue and he still honored the rate. Thanks. I thought I would be leaving the next day but needed to stay the weekend for truck repairs. Andy took care of me the following day with a great rate for the weekend. Thanks. This place doesn’t look like much bc of all the construction outside but it’s a nice place. Clean. No bugs 🐛. Business staff and nice house keepers that did everything they could for me. I got my truck out of the shop a day early but decided to stay another day since they allowed my Bobtail, with no trailer, to park in a parking 🅿️ spot. Enjoyed the Tyson/Paul exhibition. (Context) My semi truck broke down a few miles from here. Spindle, axle issues, so the Loves Truck stop across the street repaired for me. I average 2500 miles weekly in this truck. I visit many hotels and BnBs all over the USA. 🇺🇸 Tv 📺 microwave, refrigerator, landline 📞, elevator 🛗. No coffee ☕️ or breakfast though. This place, for the rate, is top notch. It’s older furniture and beddings, but clean and comfortable. No need to spend double the amount at some other place. I’ll be back when in Little Rock. 🎸 🪨 Thank you.
