    Dried vomit on the walls

We stayed here on our way thru town and by far the worst la Quinta I’ve ever stayed at in over 20 years of loyal patronage! There was dried vomit on the bathroom walls of the guest room, but we were not allowed to change rooms since the occupancy was full and the maids left for the day already. Will never stay here again.

    Terrible place to stay

When I got into my room there was blood on the bed skirts, blood splattered on wall by baseboards, bed was ripped up exposing the foam. Tv didn’t work and staff didn’t care about any of it.

    Don’t stay here

Dirty rooms, staff rude, very loud, food is awful, no soap in the room. We ended up using a different hotel chain the remaining part of our trip

No sleep, no respect, would not do what they said

We arrived at approx. 2330. The front receptionist was rude. Room next to us had dogs that barked all night. I had four kids that could not sleep. I just came off a 7 day shift with EMS and driving four hours to this motel. I called the front desk, and the first time was told they would handle it. Then called multiple more times and she kept acting like she could not hear me and kept hanging up. I then called the main line by my cell phone, and she told me it was handled. After that I would call and again would say she could not hear me. Tried to speak to the manager the next morning and they refused.

    overnight stop

We always have to stay in Amarillo on the way back since is half way. Service was great and very friendly. Hotel exterior is run down but the room is very clean. The only thing is the AC wind keep blowing into the bed directly. So you have to have a pillow block the wind blowing into your face. Breakfast was good but the waffle have to wait a long time since there is so many people on it. Overall it was a nice stay. We will be back!!!
