    Best Hotel for Romantic Getaway

    I had a great stay at Laplaya. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were super friendly and accommodating . Best hotel for a romantic Getaway. Sunset was the highlight of the trip.We asked for an additional shower cap to be delivered to our room and it was delivered promptly. Drinks at Baleen were amazing. Ask for the key lime martini.

    5 star service from Samoy

    Samoy made our beach time memorable. She was so kind and always had a smile on her face. We looked for her everyday of our trip. Her customer service skills are top notch. Overall despite some hiccups during our stay we would come back . Beautiful beaches and amenities

    Exceptional Hospitality Team

    My husband and I were in Naples (business trip) and we enjoyed a truly wonderful extended stay at LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort. The warm sunshine, earth grounding walks on the beautiful white sand of Vanderbilt Beach, and stunning sunsets from our hotel room balcony or Baleen restaurant were absolutely memorable. I brought my yoga mat with me and my daily workouts with the view of the ocean and swaying palm trees were extra joyful. (There are regular beach yoga classes held on the resort’s Gulf lawn.) However, what was truly exceptional to me were the very kind and gracious LaPlaya Team members who welcome guests with genuine hospitality. It was a delight to get to know some of these team members over our stay, and observe the many ways they anticipate guest needs and excel at service. We received a lovely warm welcome on arrival, as well as the many times I stopped by the front desk to retrieve a package delivery. A very special thank you to Ken, director of front office, Wenderson, and Nikolaus. And to the always smiling Bellman Cornell who exudes light and happiness, and did you know he is a published author? I also want to thank Yulie, director of housekeeping, and her hardworking team, especially Ditti, who made sure our room was sparkling clean with fresh linens and towels every week. I think my husband and I worked our way through most of the Baleen Restaurant menu. Thank you to Baleen restaurant general manager, Georgiana, and special shoutouts to servers Anne, Christopher, Baris, Vasi and Marius. I was royally pampered at SpaTerre (temporarily located in the Bay Tower) and what a delight to meet Teresa, director of spa and wellness, and nail esthetician extraordinaire Daymi - thank you for the best mani-pedi service! There is an excellent retail boutique at LaPlaya, as well as pop-up trunk shows set up in the lobby for guest shopping. Sales associate, Susan, is very personable and makes shopping for gifts a fun and pleasant experience. Regional retail manager, Allyson, is the curator behind this terrific selection of clothing, jewelry and unique gifts as well as orchestrating these dynamite trunk shows. So many more people to thank: concierge Diane, Edward in engineering, and Aleida who greets every employee with a smile and kindness in the employee cafeteria. Terry, Lisa, and Zee in human resources, Youssef and Sandy, club operations and membership, Rob and Liam and their energetic recreation team, and many more associates who were happy to assist us and made us feel incredibly welcome throughout our stay. Thank you to everyone. What a Team!

    The Magic of La Playa !!!

    This Resort is more than just a beautiful Beach Hotel . From the minute you walk in , you are welcome with professionalism and beautiful smiles everywhere you go. Starting with Cornel at the door,Wenderson,Claude,Palak at the Front Desk, and you must eat at Baleen's where food is delicious and if you are lucky enough Ana or Barish will wait on your table !!! Customer Service is A plus here and the Resort offers the best room accommodations with the most magnificent views . To come to La PLaya Beach & Golf Resort is an unforgettable experience from beginning to End !!!!

    Definitely on our B back list! ❤️

    Breathtaking views, and a gorgeous room! Loved the food and the layout. Well kept property. Nice beach with plenty of fairly flat sand to run on. Sandbars make it easy to swim and play in the water. Claude was especially attentive to our needs and questions… he was very knowledgeable about the property and things to do in the area.
