This place is heaven on Earth. Amazing experience if you want to relax, disconnect, and be pampered, or if you want extreme adventure and nonstop action that is also available with access to all of Xcaret's parks. Best of both worlds. 10 out of 10.

Casa de la Playa - Breathtaking Luxury Hotel!
Casa de la Playa is an absolutely breathtaking luxury hotel! This hotel is small and very private so no crowds on the beach, in the restaurants, or at the pools. We booked a beachfront room - amazing! The interior decor of our room was beautiful including a live jellyfish aquarium! The exterior of our room housed a private heated pool and steps that lead to a quiet, beautiful crystal clear beach. Service was astounding including reception desk, butlers, concierge, and restaurant staff. The minute we arrived, staff was ready and available to assist us with anything we might need during our stay. I'd like to give a shout out specifically to concierge staff, Ana P, who assisted us in making spa and restaurant reservations even before our arrival. She reached out to us a few weeks before our scheduled arrival, and helped us plan our itinerary. She was very patient in answering our many questions! Also, concierge staff, Carina, made herself readily available to help us find our way around the hotel! Both Ana and Carina were friendly and kind, making our stay that much more enjoyable! We hope to return to CDLP soon!

Miguel from Sky Bar 5/23/25
We went to the “Sky Bar” a few times and Miguel was so helpful and kind. He treated us with a smile and answered all of my drunk questions lol. He was honestly one of the best servers I have encountered in Mexico (and all the servers are good) 10 out of 10 definitely recommend! 😄

Amazing vacation!
Beautiful hotel and top notch service, especially Angie and Miguel at rooftop pool and butlers Guillermo and Alberto. Santos on the beach serving drinks was also great! Amazing property with the best amenities and service! Wouldn’t change a thing other than to stay longer! Food was amazing everywhere!

The staff made our week!
We had the best stay ever at Casa de la Playa! Our experience was made so much better by the attentiveness of Guillermo and Alberto who helped us with booking and answered all of our questions throughout the week! Miguel was also amazing and so kind every time we went to the sky bar, he was definitely a highlight of our stay! Santos was the best delivering us food and drinks on the beach and was so friendly. 10000/10 experience all around!
