Very Nice, but don't expect to find/use hot tub without checking first

It's a beautiful, luxurious place with helpful staff and gorgeous, comfortable quiet rooms but after staying here two years in a row and still not being able to use the hot tub (which is nearly impossible to even find), and no indication on their website or via signage that it's not open during my stay, I would not expect to be able to use it without checking first - and you will need to check at the front desk itself, since it's hard to get through on their phone system.

    Keystone Weekend

We stayed here while attending a wedding near by. I gave a 5 star rating because if the overall experience. The decor in the halls & rooms are a bit dated, but well maintained. This is a dog friendly place and more places could learn from their example. We had a ground floor room that opened onto a large grass area, which was great for squeezing the puppies. There is also easy & close access to walking & biking trails. The rooms a spacious and well laid out. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were all friendly & helpful.

Quaint, comfortable ski hotel great in summer too

The hotel hallways and lobby are slightly dated and could use a refresh. The rooms are large, clean, beds comfortable and there are extra amenities you will not find in many area hotels, such as use of spa saunas, steam rooms and pools, complimentary robes, glass carafes of fresh water daily, full size lotions, soaps, shampoos, conditioner in the bathroom. We made use of the humidifier also. Bring your refillable drink container, there is a machine in the lobby that delivers fresh water as well as soda stream options. Great to use before heading out to explore for the day. There is no air conditioner in the rooms, although we were very comfortable using the fan in the room. You can leave your balcony door open as well to moderate the temp. One minus, we booked through trip.com because they offered a lower rate than booking direct. The resort fee is actually $35 NOT $25 and there was an additional $9.99 unexplained daily fee that was also charged, although we did not use the valet and self-parked across the street. Overall, a very nice, relaxing trip.

    Wonderful resort

Stayed a night during our Colorado travels. Truly wish we could have stayed several nights. Fun area and outdoor spa and pool were fantastic. We had just come from a dive hotel and this place was amazing. Highly recommend!! Views of mountains too

    No Air Conditioning

First the good: rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The bed is comfortable. Now the bad: we visited in July. Summer! The rooms have no air conditioning. The thermostat only controls heat. The room has a fan and they recommend you open the windows at night and turn on the fan. Both my husband and I had restless sleep, him because of the fan noise and me because I dislike sleeping with anything open, be it windows or doors. Also, the shower curtains didn’t do a good job keeping water in. Our bathroom floor looked flooded after every shower. Two stars. If the A/C situation was fixed, this would easily climb to a 4.
