    January Snowboarding Trip

Our week trip to Keystone is one of the best vacations that we had. Booking at the Keystone Lodge and Spa is what made the different, they have a direct route via hotel shuttle to the Lifts, can store ski/snowboarding equipment at the lifts overnight for free, and simply have the most upbeat staff anyone could ask for. This hotel is designed around the customer experience as its top priority with great cleaning staff, amazing front desk staff (Halie, Ben, and Paige), and awesome valet workers directing traffic all of which are supported by a personable General Manager that seeks to make family vacations the best they can be. I will always make staying here my first choice for trips and definitely recommend this place for anyone. Staying in a Loft enabled my wife and I to have more space so we could return via Lodge shuttle at noon to have lunch in the lower part and then use the same shuttle to return directly for the lifts. Can't wait to stay here again!

    Pleasantly pleased

We had a very pleasant stay at the Keystone lodge. All the staff we encountered were extremely professional & engaging. Requests we had for items like, new towels, ice, valet car pick up, etc. were taken care of in a very timely manner. The valet service was excellent. In my opinion well worth the additional daily cost. Note, due to covid restrictions, the use of the pool, fitness center, & the hot tub were limited. It's done on a reservation basis & there were very few available slots. Once you were able to get a time slot, the facilities did not disappoint. The fitness center, in particular, is well equipped. We had a fantastic visit & I would certainly come again.

    We enjoyed our stay

We decided to take a last minute, end of Christmas break, vacation. This was my son’s first time ever seeing snow. We arrived a little earlier than expected and they were able to get us in to a room early. We loved having easy access to everything in the Lakeside Village. My son loved just walking around and playing in the snow. Every time I had a question, the front desk was more than helpful. Although we never used the valet parking, the guys out there took care of us. Whether we needed transportation to the lifts or my son wanted to use a sled, they were always ready to help.

    Christmas 2020 Family Getaway

This was our first Colorado ski vacation. We have 2 teenage daughters who had been dying to try Rocky Mountain skiing. They were not disappointed. Keystone Lodge and Spa turned out to be the perfect venue for our family. What a pleasant surprise find. I had not known about the resort and I booked our travel plans with relatively short lead time. The facility and the staff were outstanding. The facility has been well maintained, despite appearing to have been constructed in the 1970's. I really appreciated the baseboard heat (as opposed to forced hot air) particularly in the dry, Rocky Mountain clime. What a rare treat! Overall Keystone is a wonderful place for a family vacation. The spa experience provided the right amount of activity for those of us who do not ski. On site ice skating is another plus. The staff is friendly, courteous and professional in all departments. They did an excellent job balancing proper Covid-19 safety protocols with offering guests a comfortable vacation experience. Special kudos to the valet staff, who were always eager and available to assist; the front desk staff, particularly Haley and Paige, who went over and above to be friendly and professional; and the Spa staff, particularly

    Great Winter Escape!

We were able to get out of town and escape to Keystone to try some skiing! Keystone Lodge was a great place for us to stay. They were doing a great job trying to maintain their Covid protocols and still provide their guests with great service. While we had a few hiccups along the way they took great care of us. I would probably give this a 4 star review ( it is a little dated, heating not exact in the rooms) except that the staff went above and beyond to help us out. Our first night there we had a loud humming noise that was fairly annoying. They moved us to another room the next day which was much better. The front desk staff was very helpful. The shuttle to the ski lifts are very convenient and always available. The drivers were helpful and friendly. Bartenders and food servers were always accommodating and helpful. Food was outstanding! Spa and especially hot tub was a good place to visit after a day on the slopes. All in all we had a great week staying here and would highly recommend as a safe and friendly place to stay!
