    Late March Ski Trip

Great location, Very friendly Shuttle drivers dropped us 50 feet from gondola. Were given free night ski tickets ( night of arrival). Had our car waiting at front door 4:30 am on morning of departure. Young lady that checked us in even remembered our name the next day.

Bring your own heater and blanket.

Not sure what has happened but my favorite lodge has really gone down hill. No heat in the middle of the night and no blankets. The front desk brought a space heater and some disposable blankets. No more robes for the pool. The pool locker rooms were all walled off. I kept asking if it is still a Rock Resort and they said yes, but the quality has really decreased. So sad.

    Friendly efficient staff, great location

The staff at Keystone Lodge is great. Everybody was very friendly, quick and helpful. We stayed in an upper floor Lodge room, with coffee maker and refrigerator. When we requested more Keurig coffee cups, they were delivered within minutes. The front desk staff heated up our food in their microwave. We used the outdoor pool and whirlpool every day for 5 days. The reservation system worked well and we never had to share the whirlpool with other guests (limit 4 people). Overall, we really enjoyed the hospitality and services at this well run hotel.

A lodge that leaves their guests stranded!

This lodge offered a free shuttle between the lodge and the village. I had gone into the village to pick up dinner, had to call the shuttle 4 times to pick me up and it never came... all over the space of an hr in the middle of winter when it was 20 degrees. If you’re looking for a place that’ll leave their guests out in the cold, this is the place for you!

    Friendly staff, close to keystone

We enjoyed our 4 day trip. Bus routes available to take to mountains, although we drove the 3-5 and parked ourselves (self parking is across the street with a tunnel wall BTW). Although we were next to the elevator and on the same floor and the pool and spa it was NOT noisy and comfortable. There were quite a few dogs. Looks for deals here (we paid lesson than $250 a night) and it will be worth it. We also got a kids ski free deal. The staff was young and friendly. One more FYI- the pool and hot tub is reservation only and fills up quick (reservations open 24 hrs in advance).
