Honeymoon
We enjoyed our stay, the new rooms are excellent but still have some bugs to be worked out. Can't wait to see what the property will look like when renovations done. We look forward to staying at this hotel when the renovations are complete.

Decent
The place was kinda musty for my high standards but it was good for the one night we stayed there. Great check out and amazing location- right next to a shopping mall and the Sheraton pool! I would not stay again but still had a good experience

Overpriced for the facilities and service offered
Very bad experience and overpriced just because of the location. Will look for other properties in future with better value and quality of property. Room quality and bed quality very poor. Only plus we found about this property was the location but there are many better properties around the same area.

CONSTRUCTION NIGHTMARE
This is my 13th stay at KBH and worse experience ever. No bar until 6pm, no ice in the building, half the property torn up, parking was difficult due to construction materials, no valet service, no special amenities like welcome fruit basket or gift or nightly cookies. Store closed at 5 and had minimal supplies. Construction noise was not conducive for naps.

This is the best Hawaiian hotel on the island. We always get the best rooms with the best views. The chef is amazing and prepared our catch of the day. Cleanest beaches! Very family friendly! Breathtaking views!!
