Top notch beach side service at JW Marriot paradise by Sirene!

Beach side experience was top notch! We stayed in Paradise by Sirene @ JW Marriot Marco Island, FL. Sean made sure we got set up in the perfect spot with umbrella and chairs every day during our stay. He checked on us periodically to make sure we were set with water, towels and suntan lotion. Plus his positive attitude made the experience that much more enjoyable. Thank you Sean for the extra effort to make our stay exceptional. Brendan, the food and beverage cart guy was also fantastic. He checked with us each time he went by and remembed our regular order each day we were there. Thank you for the fantastic service!

Relaxing experience at beautiful, well kept resort with helpful, kind employees!

My husband and I took my mom here on a special trip as a gift. It was truly an amazing experience! We stayed in the Sirene tower, which is for adults over 21. This has its own concierge check-in, a private pool on the fifth floor overlooking the beach, and a private beach area. We had the privilege of meeting Sean, who works the Sirene beach. What a great guy, as well as stellar employee!! He went out of his way to help my elderly mom in various ways, including getting a beach wheelchair so we could get her off and on the beach easier. The Sirene pool employees have also been very kind and attentive. The buffet breakfast might be the best buffet breakfast we’ve had at any resort, with many delicious items that were well presented. This is truly a beautiful and well kept resort!

Need to try hard to be considered a top tier hotel

Hotel starting to show its age. Generally not bad but always trying to upsell you on things. Hotel cleaning service skipped cleaning our room the day before check out even though we asked them to clean it before we went out for the day. I forgot silverware for some food I purchased and called them to get some plastic silverware. Can you believe they charges me 5 dollars to bring it to my room. Really? I already spent over 3000 dollars for a couple of days in your hotel. Don’t pinch Pennies to lose dollars later. Not in the same class as ritz Carlton. Beach itself is well maintained though.

A perfect long weekend to escape winter weather- 80F and sunny every day!

Wonderful long weekend to escape winter in New England. Beautiful resort! We booked a gulf front room with balcony and king bed. We got room 526, which was huge and bright with a wrap around balcony. There are 11 floors total, so any room ending in 26 would be a corner room, the higher the better! We had lunch at Quinn’s, wonderful! Also dinner at the steakhouse Ario, also excellent. Maia’s is the only place for breakfast, either buffet or a la carte. Both excellent. The hotel has about 20 e-bikes you can use for 2 hours each day for free. Get the card with the app and promo code at concierge desk. Very fun and easy to use, but the paths are shared use and not very wide so you have to dodge the walkers. We had dinner one night on the patio at Sale e Pepe, an upscale Italian place a 5 min walk away. Ask to sit on patio for sunset! We spent the mornings at the beach with lunch at Mosaico, between the two pools. Excellent food you can eat there or take to go. Gelato there, too. Dinner the last night at La Mesa, great Mexican food nearby. Even though hotel was quite full, we honestly never waited in line for anything. Lots of chairs at beach and pools. The “premium chairs and beach beds” carry an extra charge but was worth it. You can rent jet skis on the beach, plus they had parasailing and a banana boat. Beautiful clean huge white sand beach. Crystal clear water with no seaweed. Lots of shells for the picking. We also had drinks at Kane’s Tiki Bar one night with live music. All staff were lovely and helpful. A very nice relaxing long weekend. Lots of families with kids and grandkids. Separate pool for families where you can buy and use pool floats and has a small water slide. We only left the resort for 2 dinners, but there is no need to go anywhere. JW thought of everything. Highly recommend! Also, they emailed us the day before we arrived asking our ETA, which was 11:30am. Our room was ready by 1pm when we finished lunch, which we thought was wonderful!
