Great hotel
Great hotel, quiet, close to Case Western medical school. Very friendly staff, very clean, nice continental breakfast.

Great for Cleveland Clinic patients and visitors.
Very nice staff! They were very accomodating. Great little suite. 1 block from Cleveland Clinic with frequent shuttles to clinic if needed.

Greta stay at the Intercontinental/Cleveland
The entire staff (front desk, housekeeping, dining room, room service and ride to the airport) was outstanding. This was my third consecutive stay at this hotel, and by far the best. And the pillows were the softest I've ever slept on.

Poor quality , degradation of services, no response from concierge!
This is the degradation of this hotel. This is the absolute worst experience. No ac control, absolute worst bed ma and bedding.
No safe. Fridge freezing and absolutely no response from the hotel administration.
Do NOT stay here.
The rooms are very degraded and bad now with degraded bathrooms, nonfunctional AC, no room service for bedding change that we requested . We have stayed here multiple times in past and this is the nightmare and the absolute worse.
Asked for a safe and told not a single one was available by the concierge said no available, although the service person said they were. ridiculous. Bedroom ac does not have any individual control. No concierge had any appropriate reply or appropriate response to complaints.
Waste of money. Stay ELSEWHERE!!

Visit to Cleveland
Had an allergen free room which we found to be very comfortable with our appointment at the Cleveland clinic will stay here for any future visits due to this as well as the accommodating staff
