Secrets Moxché, where do I even start? The resort is so beautiful it made me question every past vacation decision I’ve ever made. The grounds are spotless, the pools are dreamy, and the food? Let’s just say I was in a committed relationship with the buffet by day two. Shoutout to Alfredo Martinez at the Sugar Reef pool bar—the man deserves his own reality show. He kept the drinks flowing, the vibes high, and our group hydrated (or at least mango tango-ed). Between the sunshine, the incredible service, and the fact that I didn’t have to lift a single finger unless it was to reach for dessert, this trip was perfection. 12/10 would book again—after my liver recovers.

A great girls trip!
Secrets Moxché was everything we hoped for and more! The resort is absolutely gorgeous. It was spotless, beautifully landscaped, and designed with so much care. From the moment we arrived, we felt pampered. The food was incredible. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. But what really made the trip special was the staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and a special thank you to Alfredo Martinez at the Sugar Reef pool bar for being such a highlight. His energy and service were amazing! This was the perfect spot for a girls getaway, and I’d come back in a heartbeat!

Great service and food
Food was delicious. Alfredo Martinez was an amazing server at the Sugar Reef pool with the tiki hut swim up bar. Outstanding service. The food at the entire resort was great, not one bad meal! Any needs we had as a group were quickly taken care of by staff without any complaints! We all had a great time! What a great trip!

Kim’s 60th Extravaganza
Alfredo Martinez made today at the pool an amazing day. He anticipated our every need before we even knew we needed it. So professional, kind, and fun!!! The Mango Tangos were wicked refreshing and addictive. The food overall was amazing. Never had a bad meal!

Organic Modern Luxury
My husband and I went to celebrate our anniversary and my 40th birthday. It was a great stay. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff were very attentive and sweet. They even put a sign on my door for my birthday. Gave us a bottle of champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, and cake, and they decorated the room on my birthday. The spa was lovely. We had hydrotherapy treatments and a couples massage which I highly recommend. the food was amazing. There was never a long line everything was always seasoned and fresh. One day the hot water went out for a little while but they got it fixed right away. aside from that there’s nothing bad to say. The decor was organic modern very clean and luxurious. I would definitely go back or recommend this place for a wedding or some other type of celebration. Upon arrival we did upgrade from the normal room to the preferred club so we would have access to the rooftop pool and it didn’t disappoint.
