Worst hotel ever
If you are thinking of staying at the Ilikai. DO NOT DO IT! the staff is rude and unprofessional. Security guards are out to get you. They will charge your card what ever they feel like charging it without letting you know. This hotel is out to suck all your money in any way they can. Charged me $2000 for a smoking fee that wasn’t true. I followed up with the manager about the charge. And she told me to bad and that’s life. This charge was solely based off of what 1 security guard said. No video or anything else. Just off of what 1 security seen. Took $2000 from me during the holidays. Now I can’t buy gifts for my kids and dying grandmother. This place is horrible! They are out to charge you for anything they can. There are many hotels right up the road. Do not do it!
Our stay at the Ilikai
We did have a really good time. The view of our room was beautiful. The furniture is definitely dated and dirty. The location to the center is at least between 20 and 25 minutes. Would we recommend this Hotel? Yes.
Great professional service with a warm greeting & hospitality! I highly recommend this Hotel over any hotel in Waikiki The restaurant onsite was very good, and the valet parking was excellent. I could not ask for more out of a hotel overall. Thank you Ilikai for the great experience for my first time visit to Hawaii!
Love The Ilikai Hotel
Since the past ten years our family had so many times staying at The Ilikai Hotel where the location is perfect for our family and friends reunion We always came out on Friday night to watch fireworks and Hawaiian music. Sunday night too with live music and dance
