Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
General Information - Room taxes and service fees are included in vacation price.
Minimum night stay restrictions may apply.
Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.
Spring Break Policies - Iberostar Hotels & Resorts is a family oriented environment and thus has implemented the following policy for Spring Breakers reservations.The valid period is March 1st, 2021 to April 30th, 2021. Spring Breakers are defined as Students/youth between 16 and 23 years of age. - One parent or chaperone at least 25 years of age will be required per room for check-in. Adults accompanying are responsible for the students’ behaviour. - In the event that any guest(s) engaging in inappropriate behavior, disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the guest(s) without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.
- All student/youth groups must be preapproved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Upon check-in, each group will be required to make a refundable cash deposit of USD $200.00 per room for any charges or damages that might be incurred during the stay.
- In the event that any member(s) from the group engage in inappropriate behavior disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the hotel management reserves the right to expel the entire group without reimbursement
or refund of the remaining nights.

A very nice place to stay. The staff are very helpful. Food very good alot of choice. Entertainment very good for all generations and abilities. Rooms are clean and tidied. Would recommend this place.

Paris, our hibachi chef was 1 in a millions. The food was great and he created an experience not just a meal! We had to go back again.

Gary is amazing
Gary, our butler went above an beyond. He anticipated our needs and provided us all the things we needed to make this trip memorable. He always greeted us with a smile and asked what he could do for us that day. Ho arranged activities for us, ensured we had coffee delivered to the room every morning and made us feel very special. Gary made this trip very memorable. Gary always had a smile and is very dedicated to ensuring we were taken care of. Thank You Gary and you deserve a raise. Because of you we want to come back

Family Vacation July 2025
My ambassadors, Asani and Cedric, were absolutely amazing hosts throughout our stay. They followed up with us daily to ensure that all of our needs were met and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. They were incredibly helpful in assisting with dinner reservations and made sure our rooms were always stocked with thoughtful treats. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality truly elevated our experience. Thank you, Asani and Cedric, for making our family trip so memorable!

My stay at the Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach Hotel was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. A special thank you to our ambassadors, Asani and Cedric, who were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their professionalism and warm personalities made our stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated their dedication to ensuring we had a great time.
