Food is better than other places in Miami, Nice, clean hotel, spacey rooms, friendly staff, great location
We spent 5 nights in the hotel. We had a two queen bed room, thats enough for 3 of us with a child. The hotel is ok, the pool is cold, but ok. The room service is ok, the hotel is clean. At arrival we were managed by the weekend-evening person in the reception, she was super pissed-of that she had to work.. but this was the only negative experience from the hotel. friday-saturday night there is noise, on weekdays’ nights there is silence on the street. The breakfast is in the hotel, but you need to ask for a voucher, which is ok too, as the restaurant is operated by another company. The hotel has a free 2-sunbed option at the beach as well, but you need to pay 35 euros for the umbrella, if u want ones. At the checkout, the hotel gave us back the city tax, as they recognised that we had already paid that during booking and they charged us again upon arrival. It was a nice surprise, as we were not aware of our double payment. They offer organised tours as well with pickup from the hotel, we didn’t use that, but must be convenient. I highly recommend this hotel, the staff was very friendly, Viktor at the reception was very kind and helpful too. The location is perfect. Plus we ate at couple of places for lunch or dinner. It cost everywhere 150 euros for 3 persons, but the food quality in Miami in this process range is either awful or we were super unlucky. I think the first. But in this hotel, the food was pretty nice, we gave up to try other places and ate at the hotel from the 3rd day.

Total rip-off
Dramatic room, cold water, restaurant closed half the time. I paid €500 per night and thought I was getting a top hotel. The price turned out to be so high because of a nearby trade fair and not due to the quality. The first room was a shabby room with a bathroom where the tiles were missing and with cold water. When I asked for a new room, they claimed nothing was available—until I showed that there were still rooms available on Booking.com. Suddenly, a switch was possible. On the first day, we waited an hour in the restaurant for breakfast and eventually left without eating because we had an excursion. That same evening, the restaurant was just closed for no reason. The next morning, we were suddenly only given breakfast for 4 people even though we were a group of 5, "because that's how it was in the booking." The manager was off, so that was the end of it. **Paid €4000 for 4 nights for 2 rooms—**in 30 years of traveling the world, I've never experienced such a rip-off, especially since the rooms normally cost €150 per night, and even that isn’t worth it. The reception is basically a complaint desk, because literally everyone was standing there to complain.

Two stars for this hotel.
Gave us a room on 3rd floor right on the street. It was very noisy. Pool was freezing in March obviously no heater. No bar at pool or music played. This is more of a business hotel not family fun hotel. There is a pretty good walk to the beach and they only let you have 2 chairs and umbrellas are $30.00.

Great Location and Helpful Staff
A quaint boutique hotel very conveniently located two blocks away from Collins Ave and the beach. Hotel has a reciprocal agreement with another property on the beach; it’s a 10 min walk but the chairs / umbrellas / service are worth the walk. Pool on property (5th floor) is modest but functional with comfortable “daybeds”. Cesar at the Front Desk provided excellent restaurant suggestions and was very helpful. Overall a very positive experience.

Exceptional stay with excellent staff, and a serene, relaxing atmosphere.
I had an exceptional experience at the Berkeley Park Hotel Miami Beach. The staff were incredibly attentive, and I particularly appreciated the serene and quiet environment, which made for a truly relaxing getaway. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in Miami Beach, this is the place to be. Thank you
