SPRING BREAK POLICY - The resort is a family oriented environment and thus has implemented the following policy for Spring Breakers reservations. Spring Breakers are defined as Students/youth between 16 and 23 years of age.
- One parent or chaperone at least 25 years of age will be required per room for check-in. Adults accompanying are responsible for the students’ behavior.
- In the event that any guest(s) engage in inappropriate behavior disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical
damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the guest(s) without reimbursement or refund of the
SPRING BREAK GROUPS POLICY - Students/youth are considered between 16 and 23 years of age. In addition to the Spring Break Policy for all bookings traveling March-April, Groups shall adhere to the following conditions:
- Any student/youth group must be pre-approved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Upon check-in, each group will be required to leave refundable cash deposit per room for any charges or damages that might be incurred during the stay.

Lovely Experience, James
The Hotel was beautiful, are time there was very enjoyable and relaxing, The Hotel was spotless, The Housekeeping staff was incredible, Our room was always clean and towels stocked and Mini Bar filled every day, we want to thank the house keeping staff especially Rosa, Xiomerqui, and Margarita, they were Fabulous, The food was great and the Restaurants were professional and everything was delicious, Personal thanks to wait staff, Altagracias, and Nilsa, they were magnificent, Loved the beach, Loved the pools and the drinks were perfect, The Air Conditioning in the room worked perfect, I will definitely recommend this resort to friends and family, and we plan on returning
We spent a whole week in this hotel, all five of us, having a time of fun and relax. Service was excelent and personnel was always merrry and extremely helphful. Our experience couldn't have been better.
Our wedding trip to Dominican Republic.
That was our wedding trip (not first visit for Dominican Republic), hotel is excellent balance of price/quality comparing to the nearest hotels in Bayahibe (including Hilton). The nature is perfect, beautiful gardens, animals. (Hope you will clear the pound, to make visible beautiful fish). The food is very good, Geisha restaurant animation is outstanding! There’re some things in number, that can be improved (no slippers with cold floor; also no shoehorn in 5 stars hotel), mini bar was including just sweet soda drinks with beer. Cleaning was perfect. Beach was always clean and perfect. But there’re some dangerous objects in the water (concrete stones with dangerous sea urchins on it. Some wood path to sea are need to be fixed. The bars were heavy loaded at noon at evening. The lobby bar at weekends - were the hell (was waiting for the drink for 30 minutes, gone with nothing and bad mood), bar mens at lobby were serving just Spanish - speaking visitors. In the end, me and my wife, recommend this hotel, and we plan to come back.
We stayed in this hotel as a part of our trip through multiple places in the Dominican Republic. We were looking for some days of relaxing and all-inclusive. Staff : Reception staff was really friendly and helpful. At the restaurants most were fine also. The only point to remark here is the concierge that has to sell time shares, please just stop it, it's absolutely terrible! Very annoying and tried multiple times. Never saw this in another Iberostar before. Also want to note when walking in the building there was a lady cleaning another room and I have never seen in any hotel someone cleaning so thoroughly with water and soap the floors of a hotel room so that's a big plus! Rooms : We booked an oceanfront junior suite through Iberostar.com. You can select which room you'd like to stay in (example 4107 orso) if you book well enough in advance. When we arrived they told us our room type isn't available and they upgraded us to a Junior suite pool view with Jacuzzi rooftop. I believe Iberostar should just deactivate this room choosing function as they dont honor it. Morover it's the second time I book a room type and they upgrade me to another. I asked if I could just stay at the oceanfront but that room was not available until the next day (We didn't like to change rooms during our stay). Find it poor that they don't honor your room type. Our room thus was a Junior suite with roof terrace and jacuzzi which Indeed is an upgrade but I'd rather stayed at an oceanfront. The room was clean, kingsize bed comfortable. The curtains were full blackout. It was renovated but some stuff started to break already again. The rooftop is nice but generally it gets very hot within the walls without wind so it's not so comfortable to sit there. The jacuzzi wasn't very clean so we never used it. Food: This is where I believe Iberostar as a brand usually stands out. The buffets are always very extensive! While the quality of the food might not be top notch it's nice. Big plus for the buffets! On the contrary the Japanese restaurant we tried was terrible, the show cooking wasn't our thing and I can't just understand why we all have to sit 5cm from each other at the cooking station in a circle without masks to eat during covid!!!! I'd just stick to the buffet which is absolutely great. The restaurants at the beach (lunch buffet) and snacks were also really good. Hotel grounds: Hotel grounds are beautiful, the flamingos, multiple birds, butterflies etc are really nice. They keep it clean. As with every place in the Dominican Republic there will be bugs around the hotel. Other than a small gecko which was living at night in our bathroom I never saw any in our room. Very clean hotel! The beach is beautiful and you can do some snorkeling also just by the end of the swimming zone. There was no seaweed at all. There are free towels and supposed to be a beach service to order drinks but don't expect to see them more than 2x a day. The bar is close so you can get drinks there. Would also like to note the hotel policy is not to give water bottles, your room gets 2 empty ones and you have to refill yourself at refilling stations around the hotel or on your floor. Similary all drinks in the hotel are made with the same filtered water. The tap water is not pottable. I gave it 4 stars because of the annoying sales talk, as well I believe that Iberostar has to review their website and how you select rooms (If it doesn't work dont offer the option). While I am mostly happy with room upgrades I might rather have stayed in a seaview than a jacuzzi or atleast they could have offered it. Would still recommend the hotel I believe it's a very good value / money, the location, food and beach are great and Iberostar has always been one of my favorite brands especially as many brands have gone downhill during covid but Iberostar didn't.
Nady, the Angel of the hotel
We stayed at the hotel between 31 August and 8 September2021. At the outbound flight, one of our luggage did not come out and it only reached us after 4.5 days. A big thanks to Nady Guerrero from the members club who has been helping us day and night during this time. During our stay, she fulfilled all our requests and demands in the best way possible. Nady did her best and made us very happy. She is a great person, so professional, and compassionate. The hotel should be proud to have such an employee. Thank you very much, Nady. You are an angel. See you soon. We are already booking our place for next April.
