great location, great property
Rooms are big and beautiful, hotel grounds well taken care of. Good location - close to town with never-ending beach! Both hotel staff and service are excellent. Would recommend this property to anyone and everyone looking for 5* service and accommodations. Cannot wait to return next winter!
Great Winter Getaway in Los Cabos!
This resort is one of our favorites to stay at anywhere. This has some luxurious amenities for a Mid-range resort cost. We have stayed here before & we will again. The staff is fantastic. Beach volleyball every day at 11:00 am. The activity personnel were enthusiastic and very friendly. The choices of food was great, but what stood out, was the grille in the back by the Adult pool with the great "Maria" cooking the "Marlin tacos" "fish tacos". We look forward to seeing her kind smile and friendliness upon sampling her delicacies. The Hyatt Ziva really has something going that is great there. I hope they can rebound after this Pandemic to its greatness. Looking forward to going back to a home away from home!
The best in Cabo
We had a great time at this resort. Excellent food and superior service. The staff too great care of us entire time and one of best memory of Mexico! The pools are clean, food choice us great. 24x7 room service. Lots of activities and places to go out and explore.
Absolutely loved this hotel and the staff. We went as a family - 2 adults + 2 toddlers - for my son's 3rd birthday and we had the best time! The food and drinks are plentiful and delicious and the pools were perfect. The staff is wonderful, especially Jorge Bernal, Victor, and Juan - thank you all for making our vacation so memorable! Can't wait to go back!!
Day Pass (not worth it!)
We came here on a day pass ($90 each!) to visit some of our family that was staying here. As someone who can't drink and is gluten free, this was already quite the steep price to pay for some tacos and a day by the pool. What wasn't explained to us ahead of time, was that this didn't even include dinner which was incredibly frustrating to learn after having paid. We spent the day at the family pool (because of the family/kids we were visiting) and it was PACKED. They told me that they had been saving their pool towels from the day before because the seats by the pool filled up before the towel station opened in the morning (so they brought their old towels down at 6am to get a seat). That sounded absolutely crazy to me and I would not want to have to do that every day on vacation. To me, this place did not seem like it was worth the price.
