Staff was great. Room was okay, overall would definitely go back!
We stayed here in March 2020 for a "no kids" get away with some friends from our neighborhood. Our experience was great. The staff was friendly, helpful, and readily available. The drinks were so so as far as strength, but that is to be expected from an all inclusive. The grounds are nice and they do a good job of keeping the adult side adults only. Most of the food options are on the family side though so be prepared to be around families and kids while eating. It was not a problem for us. It actually made us want to come back with our kids in the future. Our room was nothing special, but not bad. Some others we stayed with said their room was amazing so I am sure it just depends on what you spend or sometimes the luck of the draw. I do recommend this resort.
The one the most beautifulest resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica. The space, the people the food and the entertainment is truly amazing. I'm definitely coming back here again. Thank you hyatt Montego Bay.
have been there 2 times, and both were wonderful
excellent food, drinks, and service. room was always clean and well stocked. hoping to go back this summer when they reopen after the virus. i had booked with Bookit.com for June, but they closed down and kept my money, the resort was very helpful with dealing with this.
If You're On A Tight Budget, Stay Away!
They charged $330USD for a mani-pedi, $80 USD for a shape-up (not a hair cut). $220 for a 50min massage. The ATM machine was empty the whole time I was there which was 5 days. For the resort to be in Jamaica, there was no real menu of jamaica food, just a daily shack that served jerk chicken & rice. Food was supposed to be all inclusive but if you wanted lobster it was $49USD. Other than that, it was a beautiful resort, beautiful beach & clear blue waters but no jet ski or scuba diving :o(
We had a great trip to the Hyatt Zilara. The staff is super nice and warm. All of our needs were met. It was not crowded since it was the start of the COD-19 issues, but the pool and beach were great.
