Apr 23, 2025Unforgettable Anniversary & Birthday Stay at The Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall!
My wife and I originally planned to stay at Sandals Montego Bay, but we ended up choosing the Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall instead. We were celebrating both her birthday and our wedding anniversary, and from the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of amazing. The hospitality we received was unmatched. Ms. Kaye and the entire Zilara team made us feel like royalty. Special shout outs to: • Ianthis & Nattaya (Jamaica Rootz) • Toni-Anne, Oratio, Elvis, Marvette, Jamal (Beachside staff) • Moesha (Choicez) • Adrian & Bradley (Jerk House) • Sophie & Stacey (Our couples massage team) • (My Girl) Subrina (Aromaz)- who keep my wife’s passion fruit drink on deck. Everywhere we went, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine kindness. The staff was always eager to assist and went above and beyond to make our stay special. While there were just a few small areas that could be improved, overall, our experience was fantastic. I would confidently give our stay an 9/10, and we are definitely looking forward to returning! If you’re considering the Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall for a romantic getaway or special occasion, don’t hesitate — you won’t be disappointed!

Great experience!
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Zilara. Jamaica is very beautiful and interesting. The room that we were fortunate to stay in had a view that was just awesome! Your room choice means more than I understood before coming. The resort kept us busy with plenty of activities. The Petit Pariz French fine dining was my favorite place to eat.

The Best!!
The resort was absolutely amazing!! I think it is the best resort in Montego Bay! The balance of being able to have fun and relax as well was the best part! The food was great! Like the best food I’ve ever had at a resort! The rooms were beautiful!! We will continue to return here when we visit Montego Bay! No complaints!

Don’t bother unless you love a tired, poorly maintained resort with horrible food. Look, all inclusives are a bargain and for those with low expectations and an even lower budget, this resort is acceptable. For those who expect something nicer, look elsewhere. I’ve been to 3 zilaras/ ziva and this solidified that these properties are not worth the money

We had a great time, the spa is a must and the message on the beach was everything. Be sure to get the ocean front room it’s worth it. Food was pretty good every where except Jamaican Rootz. The service there was not the best for both night we went. The Italian restaurant was so good! Don't forget to bring white for the white party. Thats was alot of fun. So was the glo party.
