Hotel advisories

Advisory Rooftop access at the hotel will be reserved for Vantage Club guests only. Includes exclusive use of rooftop pool, Cobalt swim-up bar, and breakfast/lunch at Oishii, with personalized concierge services and premium liquors. Guests staying during this date change will retain access, arriving after prior bookings can access the pool but not Oishii for breakfast/lunch. Non-Vantage Club guests can enjoy the Cobalt bar with standard liquor options. Rooftop gym and Oishii dinners remain open.

    Entertainment Staff is AMAZING!

    Staff was amazing!! Mexican Chocolate (Angel), Gama, Yoanna, Caesar, Orlando, and Carlos from the beach club treated us so well. The entertainment team is fantastic at making sure all guests are having a good time. Angel and Caesar kept a smile on our faces the whole time! Angel remembered our names our entire stay after asking it once when we first met. All bartenders and servers were great (I wish I knew more names!). I do wish the hotel offered 24 hour room service as we did get hungry after hours and the Coco cafe only offers sandwiches after 11pm.

    Hyatt Vivid is the Best!!

    If you are staying in Cancun, this is your all inclusive hotel! The service is amazing and the food is even better! If you have the pleasure of having Mexican Chocolate Angel as an event leader you’re in the best hands! Also Pablo the bartender couldn’t have been friendlier and more accommodating! I couldn’t recommend this place more!!

    Did I just find a resort that I will actually return to?! 😍

    Me and my best friend stayed here at this resort for 4 days… I’ve been a lot of places in Mexico from secrets to excellence. This place was SO worth your money. For one of the first times staying all inclusive I feel like I actually got my moneys worth… and the price we paid was extremely reasonable. When we got to the hotel they upgraded us completely for free to the vantage club without us even having to ask. I would recommend the vantage club for the rooftop pool and breakfast restaurant. Even if you weren’t in the club the food was quality at all restaurants . We tried all the restaurants and the Italian and Japanese were the best. The rooms were quality. We enjoyed the staff a lot. Shout out to Gustavo by the main pool he was very friendly and a great waiter. Andrew by the roof top pool was amazing too.. he had a great attitude and was so nice. The pools were very clean and the hotel is small but it didn’t feel boring. Perfect for a quicker trip… if you want to stay for a long time like 7 days plus you might get bored but 4-5 days here is perfect. The only thing we didn’t love about this place was the beach club. It’s super modern and nice but the beach is basically unswimable. We love the ocean so this was a bummer. The two pools at the beach club are pretty but they get very crowded and they are substantially less clean than the pools at the hotel. Probably less clean from the sand but it just wasn’t our vibe. Also the breakfast buffet I felt was missing something… there was nothing “great” about it. Overall I will definitely definitely be returning for a quick get away to beautiful Cancun

    My husband and I stayed for 4 nights and our stay was very pleasant. Guadalupe took care of our breakfast every morning and was so nice . Ms. Olga was our cleaning lady always left our room spotless. Angel (Mexican chocolate ) showed us how to make bracelets. Everyone was super nice and attentive!

    Highly recommended for couple vacation

    Mexican Chocolaté best dance partner and fun at Vivid Hyatt!!! My husband and I are celebrating our 1 year anniversary and we had the most amazing time. I would definitely recommend this location. The roof top Infinity pool had the most amazing views
