    Great location!

Really liked this resort and the club lounge was wonderful. We got 2 connecting rooms with a gorgeous view (ocean view and luau view) and couldn’t be happier!

Hawaii - the best place to be in summer

The hospitality at Hyatt Regency was excellent, along with the cleaning services for the rooms. Very hospitable staff. We were on the 31st floor with a fabulous view of the beach and Diamond crater. Kona Coffee downstairs was our go to, with a lot of places to eat at, within the hotel and outside. The weather was perfect. Coming from NZ where winter is upon us, to summer weather was just what we needed. Everything is close, Waikiki Beach is opposite the motel - shopping stores all around us and lots of things to do. Arrived just in time for the celebration for King Kamehameha - so lots of events happening outside of our accommodation. Thank you Hawaii - we will be back again. Nga mihinui ki a koutou katoa. Malo

    Great Stay!!

Great location in the middle of Waikiki. Walkable to lots of restaurants and shopping. Many tours will do bus or van pick-up right at the hotel so no need for car rental - but you can rent right at the hotel if you choose. Was there for a few meetings and the food served was fantastic. Customer service is top notch as expected from Hyatt.

    Treated well as a globalist.

Being treated well as a globalist. Free upgraded to oceanfront junior suite, unfortunately no standard suite was available as I was staying for quite long(3+weeks). Last day free upgraded to premium suite as well. Got two dozens of free drinking voucher worth $17 each, basically free drink daily. I'd say the bathroom is not very impressive, the bathtub feels strange. Other than that things work fine.
