    Not to bad

The hotel and the location was great, but there is additional parking charges that aren't mentioned and you are charged daily for the parking. It was a bit annoying needing to leave the hotel cross the street and travel up a few floors just to get to my vehicle. I figured the parking would be part of the hotel and it's fees, it was not. Other then that the stay was great.

    Great location

Located in the heart of the Riverwalk. There were Many excellent restaurants nearby. The Alamo was right across the street. Only complaint was that handicap rooms were very, very far from the elevators.

    OK Stay

Standard features for a business hotel, but the property is showing its age. Parking is expensive, non-elite guests are charged $ 3 for a bottle of water in the room, Lower floors have street noise. The registration desk staff is courteous and professional.

A star in Downtown San Antonio

This hotel is one that I will visit again in the future. It was really clean and the rooms were very up to date. The only improvements that I would make would be to have USB connectors by the desk area

    Best part of our vacation

This was the best hotel experience we ever had as a couple. From a complicated check in from a third party booking that was corrected and simplified by the front desk staff to the immaculate room, the pleasant staff at curbside, and the friendly morning coffee shop attendants they all made our stay amazingly comfortable and we felt completely at home. The glass elevators in the atrium, the beautiful water running through the hotel at RiverWalk level were amazing. Even though it was cloudy 3 of the 5 days we were there ,we enjoyed the rooftop pool 3 days and used the excersize room. A big Thank You to Christian our waiter Thursday night in the bar who gave us outstanding service and food recommendations and made our last night memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay on the Riverwalk.
