No refunds during a pandemic. The hold on my card was supposed to be 50, turned into 215 and then a mysterious charge of $102. Never using this hotel again. Or recommending! Oh and I would prefer to use the chip reader on my card by myself, so you do not touch it.
Not worth the money. Needs to be updated
check it out for yourself. Good luck. The curtain when close all the way in the bathtub water was everywhere mode on the ceilings Stains on the bed Stains on the floor I say the super 8 would have been a better pick
Downtown Milwaukee wedding
Terrible customer service. No one greet us and there were not other customers around. Sent to 4 rooms with keys for a room with walk in shower- none. All rooms had tubs. Staff unhappy. No wipes for luggage carts. The hand by the elevator was broken.
I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee for a business meeting. The staff was friendly and courteous and very conscious of safety as it relates to COVID-19. This hotel staff is focused on customers...and that is hard to find these days. 5-Stars from me!
Valet at your own risk
Unfortunately, we used the valet service to park our car and it was broken into during our overnight stay; items of value were stolen from us as a result. We were told that the valet service was not part of the hotel, and we were simply asked to fill out a form and to visit the police station to complete a report. Nobody came out to assess the situation or offer an apology. The valet who returned our car to us didn't acknowledge that there appeared to be theft. The hotel offered to look at video footage, but we have yet to hear back. We were pretty much left on our own to figure out the situation. Not happy.
