    Best vacation spot in Southern California!!

    What an incredible place to stay in Indian Wells. The resort has beautiful, sound-proof rooms, comfortable beds and accommodations, and what an incredible tropical campus!! The pools and slides were fun and relaxing. The poolside waiters were excellent. A++ rating.

    Great fall visit

    Lovely resort with super friendly staff. Visited in October and there was hardly anyone at the pools. My kiddos basically had the pools to themselves! Super clean and beautiful grounds. Conveniently located and close to lots of amenities.

    Bleu was a Rockstar....

    An amazing desert respite that did not disappoint. From our late arrival that needed to be revised ( last minute ), to accommodating a canine whose flight was cancelled to Australia ( unexpected ). The staff was gracious, kind and treated our furry friend with love. They all made Bleu feel like a RockStar from the moment they opened his door... ( lol )... as well as providing a stylish dog bowl. The magestic view made Bleu wonder if he wanted to depart to the ' land down under '.....Cannot say enough and shall return ( sans the canine ).... Thank you all for exceptional service, hospitatlity that was endless, and a much needed ride to the spa the next day .... We look forward to our return....

    A Wonderful Vacation

    The Grand Hyatt Indian Wells is a beautiful hotel. Our vacation was great and the new renovations are wonderful. The staff greet you with a smile each day. A restful and enjoyable break. The pools and lazy river offer heavenly relaxation. We will return.

    Wonderful experience

    From arrival to departure our 3 night stay was wonderful, The staff goes out of their way to make sure guests are getting what they want. The room was quiet & very clean. The gourmet restaurant was so visually attractive & the food beautiful & delicious. The service was truly 5 star. The valet parking worked very well. No wait. The only complaint I have is the music on the pool side starts too early (7 am). All the pools were very clean & getting chairs was never a problem. Looking forward to going back.
