Experience was great. I dont like not having room clean and new towells. That is the deal with Covid 19. Pool was great. Didnt like having to DoorDash everynight, but thats covids fault. This ia all I wanted to say. This ia all I wanted to say. This ia all I wanted to say. This ia all I wanted to say.
Great Hotel. gold, pool, lazy river and slides !!!
We had a great long week at the Hyat Regency Indian Wells.... First due to my Hyatt-Globalist status we recieved a beutiful Penthouse upgrade with large balcony, pool view and a lot of space in the room. The Pool is amazing !!!!… The brand new lazy river is great to spend the time playing with the family or just relax, the new slides are "crazy" my daughters spend hours going up-and-down is the slides with a lot of fun.. Finally the golf courses are beautiful, great view, friendly to play and very good take care.
One day trip With kiddos
So , if You plan to come for a one night stay not worth it .. the slides and splash pad close at 4!!!!! Check in isn’t till 4 and guess what they don’t open till 11 when check out is. And the information is wrong on your TV set ! No restaurants are open , only Food runner cafe , and the menu isn’t updated online , 22 dollars for a cold Cuban sandwich and tots , no fries so my kid had a melt down . We had to Uber est dinner ..: nothing really do to for kids besides the pool And they close lazy river and slides early and done reopen to I’ll late ! Hotel is nice , but not with it during covid .. my balcony had bird poop everywhere and cigerttw ashes all over , and the tv didn’t work , and after 5 no kid shows to relax and watch with at night .. pretty hotel but not worth the price
Great slides & lazy river, but it felt so UNCLEAN!!
The lazy river & slides were great for the kids. The room did not looked like it was cleaned at all. The out door patio had dirt everywhere which had been there awhile. Crumbs on the coffee machines, etc.
best pool in SoCal
My family stayed only 1 night, but still had a great time at the pool. It was not crowded at all, and the depths range from 1ft to 5ft, so even toddlers can enjoy the pools. The lazy river and the slides seem to be only open between 11am-4pm currently, so plan your trip accordingly. The only problem for our stay was we got a room located near the lobby with a not-so-exciting parking lot view and the AC was extremely loud when it was running. Also, make sure to ask where your room is when you check in, because it was a bit difficult for me to find it without a map. I will definitely visit again because of the pool.
