Business conference in Indian Wells
Pleasant facilities, including hotel, room, conference center, gym, and grounds. I am not a golfer, but adjacent to course. Would happily return to this location again for future conference. Easy access to Palm Springs and nearby amenities.
lovely venue for conference
This property is clean, has lovely grounds and workout facility. While in process of putting in a lazy river etc, the hotel was clean, Rooms large size and very comfortable. Nice robes and just a good place to come to. I did not use the Spa but the venue was lovely. The conference center is steps away from the hotel and so its very easy to be on time for a 7 am start. The gym is also a short walk in its own complex with spa. I stay at Hyatt, HIlton or Westin proper
Perfect Setting for a Business Trip
The Hyatt Regency offered the perfect setting to attend our Coldwell Banker Realty awards gala. Great convention/meeting area. Enjoying breakfast on the patio, dinner at the on-site restaurant or sitting by one of the many pools our experience was first class and an opportunity for us to feel like recharged and refreshed.
Stayed for 8 nights.tgey upgraded me to a suite, very nice! Rooms are remodeled, they have redone the restaurant and was working on the Cafe and shop. Good service, still a very nice hotel! Highly recommended!!!
HYATT's response to a PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY is BAD
This would be my THIRD year staying at the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells while attending the BNP Paribus. When initially notified by BNP that they were cancelling the tournament, I immediately called Hyatt on Sunday evening. I was told by them that I did not have to worry, there was no need to stress and that Hyatt takes care of their customers -- and to call back on Monday morning when the appropriate people would handle it. Well, good luck trying to speak with anyone that can help you. They have resorted to telling you to email them and cautioning that you won't get an emailed response for up to 72 hours. Through a generic statement issued by its manager Mike Waddell regarding the PUBLIC HEALTH emergency, he stated that Hyatt would be honoring their standard 14 day cancellation policy of one night's deposit. Very disappointed in your treatment and LACK of concern during this pandemic.
