A wonderful staycation, excellent service, beautiful property

I took my nieces for an aunties and nieces girls night staycation. We did this 3 years ago. The rooms were nicely renovated. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They let us check out late. The check-in lady at the front desk even “took care” of my self-parking charge. My nieces were really excited to go back to Springhouse breakfast buffet and get the Chia pudding. Upon arrival for breakfast, we realize that Chia pudding was no longer on the buffet, but on the menu. Later the manager stopped by to see how we were doing, and I reconfirmed whether Chia pudding was part of the buffet. The manager confirmed that it was no longer part of the buffet, but a menu item. About 10 minutes later, she walked out of the kitchen and brought us a generous bowl of Chia pudding to share, garnished with strawberries and blueberries, shaved chocolate, and slivered almonds. It was really the nicest and sweetest gesture. One time at lunch when we were eating at the grill by the river, when our food came out and attracted a lot of flies, which was really annoying. The waitress noticed our frustration and brought out to-go boxes to place over our food to help protect our food from the flies and reduce all the activity. It also helped keep our food warm. It was just a really nice gesture for them to go out of their way to try to improve our experience. Lastly, I noted that the river is really clean despite being under many trees. I noticed that they did a really good job of keeping the lazy river, clean of debris and leaves. I hardly noticed them. The grounds are well kept, and they preserve the grounds for the local animals, including the squirrels, the birds and all the other resident animals. I love this property. It’s gorgeous. Look forward to coming back again.

    Great 4th of July stay

we visited the Hyatt Hill country over the Fourth of July weekend. We had an incredible time. The grounds are beautiful with the lazy river, the sand beach, and the kids pool being some of the favorite. But the property went above and beyond. When rain threatened to interfere with our pool time, the hotel arranged, a family fun room with a bounce house, Gaga pit, and fun games for the kids. The foam party at night was a huge hit with my little ones. We loved the water balloon toss and goat yoga. This was such a fun weekend and we cannot wait to be back.
