Don't miss this hill country gem!
The beds were so comfortable, the staff was amazing and the food delicious! Fun times for families with small children. From a laidback lazy river with a float-by bar, to a frolicking cork screw waterslide, and even live music at the end of the day, you won't be disappointed in what this Hyatt Resort has to offer. Golf and spa also available but did not experience either.

Great conference and amazing amenities.
The property was beautiful. Room very clean and comfy. It was so quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed the lazy river which was too much fun. The valet service was excellent. I was there 4 days and they were very attentive, friendly, and fast and I would like to mention Jose O, AJ R, Caden, and Sam for their exceptional customer service. Looking forward to my next stay!

Great property... grand failure
No hot water in showers? A half mile walk indoors to get to a meeting room? Limited elevators? And I get to pay $25/day to park my _own_ car and $45/day for this 'resort' experience - when I am here for all day business meetings? What exactly about this am I supposed to be enthralled with?

Hyatt Hill Country Heaven!
Everything at the Hyatt hill country resort exceeded our expectations! The activities were all fantastic, as were the staff. Beautiful grounds and facilities, including the relaxing Lazy River! This may have been our first visit, but it definitely will not be our last 😁.

Nice property, ruined by the music
We traveled to Texas from Boston to visit friends and decided to spend a few days at the resort. My 8-year old daughter loved it and there was a lot to like, for sure. Every staff member was kind and attentive, we loved the wildlife, and we loved the pool. Activities like s'mores and movie night were great and we enjoyed those. The food was fine, some of it was even good (the coffee was really not good but I forgave that). Just overall it wasn't our vibe. A lot of that isn't the hotel's fault, but one major thing is. This was the loudest hotel we have ever stayed at. There was work being done but even if there hadn't been, it is leaf blowing, lawn-mowing, moving chairs and tables for events all day every day. And then there is the music. Rock music plays constantly at top volume around the entire pool area from 8 am till the pool closes. It's like someone scraped the lowest hanging fruit off top-40 radio and then put it on loop and cranked it up to 11. I am trying not to be overdramatic, but it nearly ruined our vacation. It really felt excessive, and not just because it wasn't to my taste. Thankfully our room was well-insulated and very quiet. It's too bad because I would probably return, just for the pool and the southern fruit compote, if it weren't for that music.
