Excellent Service in a Time of Uncertainty
I work in the medical field and work remotely. I rely on the Hyatt in Columbus as my home away from home so that I may still work and assist on the "front lines". Even though they had to make changes to accommodate the impact to their hotel, you wouldn't know it. They have been updating their rooms which includes hard surfaces, new furnishings, and serene spaces. This past year they completely remodeled their exercise room. For those of you looking for a safe space to stay while doing necessary work, this is a great place to be! Once we have defeated this terrible virus, I encourage you to stay here. The staff is amazing and the hotel is conveniently located to all of the great restaurants and bars located on the Short North as well as Jeff Ruby's and rooftop bars across the street. Great Stay!
Stayed for our 5th wedding anniversary. Hotel was centralized to some great higher end restaurants that didn't completely break the budget for an occasion like this. The rooms were overall clean, however it would be nicer to see them a little deeper cleaned. We were satisfied with our room. Everyone was very nice!
We will be back
Excellent staff. Everything was clean. Nice stay. This is our 6th year staying here. Breakfast has something for everyone and no one walks away hungry. Free WiFi and 24 hour coffee and tea service is a nice touch.
The Arnold Classic + Hyatt - Columbus = THE BEST TIME EVER!
The Hyatt- Columbus is one of the finest hotels I've ever stayed at. Both last year and this year, I stayed here for the Arnold Classic (Arnold Schwarzenegger) and couldn't be happier with their hotel, services, and amenities. I've never had any bad or negative experience at this fine established hotel but rather the opposite- only excellent, extraordinary service here!
The bathroom was dirty. The fridge smelled awful. This is by far one of the worst Hyatt locations I have stayed at. Would not recommend this location unless you are looking for the convenience factor to go to the convention center or Nationwide Arena
