Excellent hotel with high customer service in the heart of it all. It's located within walking distance to all the shops on Michigan Ave., Navy Pier, and Millennium Park. The room and bathroom are modern and accommodating. I Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel offered more than I could imagine. Our stay was pleasant. We've been to the hyatt for previous events yet had never stayed at the hotel. We were thoroughly pleased with our visit and all the offerings of the hotel. We will definitely stay again

Dec 01, 2024Don’t stay here- thieves rampant in the lobby
Don’t stay here. I had my wallet stolen from my purse when I was IN THE LOBBY of the hotel! No security to be found. Apparently this is common in Chicago but most hotels have security in the lobby to look out for these career criminals. They knew I had no money or credit cards (& no money for FOOD! or anything) all weekend & just said “that’s too bad”. Meanwhile my friends at the Swissôtel had the manager warn them about this issue at the same time my wallet was being stolen. Don’t stay here. It’s not safe and it’s not secure and they don’t care about you.

Best ever stay
The quality in care and experience at this hotel is so high that I was taken aback. I was visiting with my family to celebrate my 8yr olds bday and we were given an experience we will not forget. Starting with arrival valet greeted us right away and took great care. We were warmly welcomed and checked in promptly. The room! It was immaculate and had the most stunning view of the skyline and river. This hotel was recently remodeled and even smelled new. The lounge staff was so great and even made my kids feel welcome and special. The breakfast we had in the restaurant downstairs was also phenomenal and our server Lynn was so attentive and family friendly going so far out of her way to accommodate us - just wonderful. So much is walkable from this location and we enjoyed skating at millenium park and walking to the chriskindle market. Just an over all stellar experience. The staff at this hotel knows what they are doing and truly care about people and their experience - It shows.

Love it again
Second stay in 2024; first time was over St. Patrick’s weekend. This stay much quieter. I did upgrade to club access to save $ with breakfast and snacks included. Cheap drinks in club after 530 with good brands for me. Mixers were only the juices in club but fine. I love the location as it’s close to shopping and museums (by uber then walk back). Room was awesome. I’ll stay again when needing room in downtown. Stayed during the week and the big bar was closed.
