    moving towards perfect

The hotel was clean, the staff is helpful and courteous . the place is kind of boring on the 4 floor. looks like a big enough to invite more business in to liven up the place. But when I return to Boston I will stay here for sure.

Excellent stay in the heart of Boston

We enjoyed our recent stay at the Hyatt Regency in Boston. We loved the central location and could go easily to Newbury Street and also eat in Chinatown. All employees were very nice and the hotel was extremely clean with many sanitizers and clear Covid-19 instructions.

    Great Hotel

We have stayed at this hotel many times over last twenty years. The hotel is clean with helpful staff, and in a great location. Only downside to our two day visit was hotel restaurant was not open. Highly recommend.

    Very satisfied

First trip since the pandemic and I must say I am well pleased with the hotel and its accommodations. The hotel and room were clean. Breakfast wasn't provided so an in room microwave would have been helpful.

I would recommend anyone that would like to visit Boston, it's very clean and right in the heart of Boston. The staff is very friendly and the room are comfortable. The price was fair compare to others in the area.
