    flight attendant

I have to give a thank you to Terrence at the North hotel and to Jason at the South hotel. I got on the wrong shuttle bus around 9 pm.Terrence could not find my reservation because I was at the wrong hotel. Between these 2 gentlemen working out my dilemma I was not charge for cancelling and I still got the same great rate. I also appreciate their kindness. Thank you!

    Nice hotel and friendly staff

I attended a conference at this hotel and stayed here as well for four nights. I thought the staff was super friendly each day that I was there. The room was clean and I didn’t have any issues. The location is also great. I will definitely be back!

    Good experience

It was good, as expected. I did not encounter any issue during my stay. I thought the parking at an expensive hotel would include the valet service. However, it was not. Plus the valet parking was 50 dollars...a bit high for me, considered how much we paid for the hotel.

Hotel was great. Meeting rooms and guest rooms too far apart for older people. Too much walking. Booked two rooms close to each other - ending up being 2nd floor and 14th floor. Cleaning staff was great. Could have used a microwave on 2 floor. A lot of walking for older people.
