Pet Policy Pets Allowed: Pet Policy
For guest staying 1-6 nights, a $75 non-refundable pet fee will be administered.  Guests staying 7-30 nights, a $75 non-refundable pet fee plus an additional $100 cleaning fee will be administered.  Guests stay 30 + nights, please contact the hotel.  The fee(s) will be inclusive of taxes.  A maximum of 2 dogs per room are permitted.  Only dogs weighing 50 lbs and under are permitted; two dogs may be allowed in a guestroom provided the combined weight of both dogs does not exceed 75 pounds; the pet fee encompasses this and pets exceeding are at the hotels discretion.  All pets must be housebroken.

    Not worth 4 stars

    Hotel to refresh(terrace, carpets,…) and breakfast to improve. For breakfast the basics such as eggs and fruits (ananas) should be served daily. There is not much variety. The swimming pool is way too small for such a 4 stars hotel and was even closed without pre-arrival notice. Definitely not worth the price nor the 4 stars

    My getaway

    We were here to celebrate a birthday milestone. it was perfect and romantic all in one. The hotel concierge is very informative and friendly. They often ask if we need replacement of items such as washcloths and towels, and if cleaning was necessary. The atmosphere is comfortable and clean, and just enough space for what we needed.

    Average hotel

    We stayed in PH, the room was partial ocean view, but all you see if the top of other buildings. Some ocean. The balcony needs new paint, the shower doors were hard and loud to slide. Tv channels were very limited, not that I go on vacation to watch tv but if we wanted to we couldn’t because the sounds was bad. Beds were comfortable and slept good. The breakfast was good and the staff was nice as well.

    Great location!

    Well my pillow was flat but life goes on. We loved the location as it is walking distance to pretty much everything. Breakfast experience could be better. Oh and yea they could use a bigger laundry area. Waiting was a pain. But for the location, I’ll rate it higher than I would.

    Terrible experience

    The room was dirty. There was a large wet spot in the carpet next to the bed. The bathroom smelled of urine. Parking was not available. The pool was not available. Jimmy Dean sandwiches were the only hot items served for breakfast one morning. Paid extra for a mountain view, but it was obstructed by buildings. So, you could only see a sliver of a mountain. No one was working the food and beverage area. Long waits for front desk support.
