    Nice stay but beware!

Facility and rooms were very nice. Was very disappointed with the $25/night parking fee. Hotel staff was very responsive to our needs and housekeeping did an excellent job. Although final bill was correct, billing system was extremely strange, again related to the parking charges.

    Attentive and friendly staff!

I can honestly say that we have never been to a hotel with nicer staff. Everyone from check-in to hospitality to breakfast attendant, to drinks at the bar! These were some of the nicest people we have ever met at any hotel ever! Management must be doing something right at this location for everyone to be so happy at their jobs! we did not encounter any problems whatsoever. Our room was ready on time and clean, we asked for extra sheets and towels, and they were brought up immediately. we took full advantage of the free breakfast, which was just OK but that’s to be expected. it was served from 6:30 to 9:30 every morning weekend and weekday. The pool was clean and nice there were towels provided outside… the pool closes at nine, which I do feel is a little early. There is a fitness center, but we did not use it. Parking is a small fee, but the kiosk and using your room key to get in and out work seamlessly. There is a lot to do within walking distance as well. We did visit the bar and although the selections were pretty limited, everyone seem to be having a great time and the server was great! We would absolutely stay at this location again.

    Nice Hotel, Lousy Customer Service

The room was great, breakfast was good but, but I'll be staying somewhere else the next time I'm in town. The night manager was less than helpful. My reservation was accidentally double booked. They wouldn't work with me on a refund so a payed for 2 rooms instead of 1. They also wouldn't refund me for for may last night when I was able to catch an early flight home.

    Needs Improvement

I booked a room with a king bed, and was put in a double queen. The bathroom door does not close due to the fact hat the toilet is in its way! The bathroom sink is in the bed area. The free breakfast was average at best and the only other food offerings was a few small selections at the bar. The only problem is, you can never find the bartender. I would not return.

    Good location

Great location and rooms. Not as close to some sites, but that is what i like about it. only downside is $25 per night for parking. Free breakfast, water filler on lobby level and direct access to Riverwalk. (Not sure why Trip Advisor had a minimum length for reviews so I'm typing until it let's me post).
