Wonderful stay! We are coming back!
Yes, the pillows were the fluffiest we had ever experienced. However, what made our trip was the staff. The staff went way beyond when we needed any help and/or recommendations. The hotel was clean, and the room was amazing. We didn't need much of anything. We never stayed at a hotel where the staff was so beyond personable and so helpful. Any information we needed was provided. When I couldn't navigate our tv properly, help was provided. Everything was done with a smile and a kind manner. We plan to go back. The walk on Riverwalk is such a lovely experience. You feel transported. The hotel is near many sites that you could walk to. The complimentary breakfast had something for everyone. If you felt peckish the was an area in the hotel to get snacks, sandwiches, etc. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

View
The view was nice and calming. The room was clean. The only issue I had was the restroom; it was small. The toilet was slightly turned just so the door could open. The hot water was great. I also liked the separate living area. Every time we entered the hotel, we were greeted by staff. Every staff member I came across, were nice and friendly.

Great Stay
Management, front desk, housekeeping all were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Location is easy walk to Riverwalk, Alamo and most major attractions. It's on the quiet end of the Riverwalk so noise is not an issue. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great Spring Break
The Hyatt was great for our Spring Break trip with our grandson. Highly recommend. Great room, and view of river. Good breakfast and staff was excellent. Would book again and recommend this Hyatt, good location on River and secure parking. Walking distance to many venues.

Clean rooms & super friendly staff
The hotel was nice and clean and very conveniently close to the river walk. There’s two restaurants right across the street and out of the way enough to where you can park there and walk for everything that you want to do. We didn’t use uber once while we were here because everything is super close. They have free breakfast and a bar and all the goods. No hot tub, they have guest laundry but it’s a $2 fee per how many times you use the washer and dryer. There’s also no vending machines on any of the floors and a very small and overpriced candy shelf and other snacks. Although the staff was extremely nice. We saw Julio the most and he was at the front desk and super friendly and helpful and got us everything we needed for our stay.
