High Speed Internet Access. World of Hyatt members can enjoy our free breakfast when they book an eligible rate. Our breakfast includes premium ingredients, cage-free eggs, and regional chef-inspired dishes. Served daily from 6:30am-9:30am (Monday-Friday) and 7:00am-10:00am (Sat-Sun). Pet Policy - 1-6 nights a 75 Non-Refundable fee. 7-30 nights a 75 Non-Refundable fee plus an additional 100 cleaning fee. Maximum of 2 dogs per room are permitted. Weight must be 50 lbs or less max of 75 lbs per room. Fees are in USD. Service Animals are exempt from fees.

    very pleased!

    brief overnight stay near the pgh airport the night before my flight--i live near the Oakmont golf course and was concerned about navigating the traffic in the morning non the first day of the US Open

    Great place to stay

    The staff are amazing. The breakfast was extensive and delicious. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The bathroom is a bit small, but functional. Overall a great place to stay if you want to be close to the airport and the shopping in Robinson.

    Staff was great and friendly. I was told when I called the parking if you flew was $5 a day, then I get there and because I didn’t book under, “park and fly” it was $10 which is a bit sketchy seeing as I called Hyatt Directly and booked and told them I was flying and leaving my car. Also being a Hyatt rewards member doesn’t really matter apparently. The condition of the hotel is another thing. Very drab and beat up. Carpeting ripped and messed up. Some lights didn’t work.

    Graduation Stay

    From the moment we arrived through to the end of our stay, this hotel was fabulous. The young ladies at the reception desk were outstanding, The rooms were great and we slept like babies. The only downside was the family both kids and adults playing soccer in the hallway. I will continue to stay at this hotel every time i'm in Pittsburgh,

    Home away from Home

    When reservation was made at this hotel for my business travels my expectations of the hotel was nothing short of a place to stay. But my stay was better than expected the room was clean, spacious, the bed was comfortable and I would stay there again. The breakfast had a great selection, the staff was very friendly and inviting.
