Our spacious guest rooms feature contemporary decor with stylish furnishings including the Hyatt Grand beds, state-of-the-art media and work center with a high-definition 42 inch flat panel television that easily integrates with laptops and other electronic devices, a cozy corner L-shaped sofa-sleeper, wet bar and bathroom vanity upgraded with granite countertops. Complimentary breakfast. Our breakfast includes premium ingredients, cage-free eggs, and regional chef-inspired dishes. A 24-hour Grab and Go food outlet. 28NOV22-22MAR23: The hotel will be undergoing renovations during this time frame. The work will be conducted Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00PM, and Saturday-Sunday 9:00AM-6:00PM. At times, there will be noise involved, especially during demolition activities. During those times, we will endeavor to inform guests in advance so that they can plan accordingly and so we can mitigate the customer service impact of any prolonged disturbance. We will block rooms and take rooms out of order whenever feasible to create a buffer between construction work and our occupied rooms. At times some services may be temporarily impacted. We apologize for any inconvenience. PET POLICY: 1-6 NIGHTS A 75 NON-REFUNDABLE FEE. 7-30 NIGHTS A 75 NON-REFUNDABLE FEE PLUS AN ADDITIONAL 100 CLEANING FEE. MAXIMUM OF 2 DOGS PER ROOM ARE PERMITTED.     A welcome respite

    The amenities were excellent, and the room assigned was spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The location was ideal for my needs and provided a respite from the work I was engaged in during my time in Denver. Public transport to the location is possible for those coming from DIA; however, it is important to know that travel later in the evenings makes this much more difficult.

    Unfriendly welcome at hotel

    Front desk gentleman was rude upon arrival. Needs training on customer expectations and communication. We called ahead to confirm early check in, friendly response and willing to accommodate. Then, when we arrived he was defensive and inflexible.

    Great staff

    Great staff and location. HOWEVER not staring breakfast service till 7am is just too late for folks that must go to work..why penalize weekend guest by starting breakfast later than weekday service. Are your weekend guest not as important as your weekday guest?

    Unwelcoming Environment and Poor Service

    Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was below expectations. Upon entering the room, we were immediately met with a strong smell of humidity, and sewage vapors were rising from the sink drain — not a welcoming first impression. The service was also disappointing. The Assistant Manager was discourteous and completely unhelpful when asked to assist with a simple request for a late check-out. With the exception of one staff member — who had only been working there for three days and showed genuine willingness to help — the general attitude among the staff felt indifferent, as if they had no interest in engaging with guests or ensuring a positive stay.

    Always read the fine print when booking

    Staff was good and friendly, rooms were clean, breakfast was good and fresh food. We had no idea we had to pay $12. Per day for parking. To me that's unexpected and we should of been told ahead of time. One other thing we didn't like is that the windows do not open
