Sebastian at the pool bar by Mercado on Mexico side is amazing. Friendly and drinks are great. Pool and bar are very clean and well kept. Alcohol choices are premium choices like grey goose and don julio 100. I recommend this resort to all friends

Hotel Xcaret Mexico, 1st visit
We had a wonderful week at Xcaret Mexico. We had a swim up room which was great. Every one of the staff members are very attentive. Dining experiences were great, food was wonderful and always asked about food allergies. My husband is disabled and uses an electric scooter and the Hotel and Parks were very accessible. Can’t wait to visit again

Trip to Xcaret
We love our time at Xcaret. The service is outstanding, there is always someone to help with any request. The food is fresh and well thought out with lots of variety. The Sunday brunch is incredible, the biggest and best buffet we’ve ever experienced and we eat out and travel a lot. We will be back again in 2026.

This is good hotel for living and..dinning..very good staff and facilities are als very good our family enjoy party in the hotel and make good atmosphere with family and I think this us the best hotel in this area parking is also good..best hotel

The best family vacation
Extraordinary service, great food and beautiful architecture. We enjoyed visiting the parks and relaxing at the hotel. Very good quality food for an all inclusive. Very classy and the rooms are beautiful. Definitely would recommend for a family vacation
