The hotel and our room were clean and very comfortable. The staff were very polite and valet parking attendants were very helpful when we realized we'd left something in our car after it was headed to the garage. The location is perfect if you are wanting to go down to Broadway, but not so close that you are right in it. It is also within walking distance to The Listening Room and other events. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect concert place to stay
Well located hotel, amazing staff, specially the waitresses, clean (we loved the floor not being carpet), good food, music!

This is about the bar. I travel extensivly with work and between meetings, feeling hot and tired decided to have a drink at the bar. It was 4pm and the lights were low and the atmosphere was 'Nashville' various seating arrangements. I sat at the bar and thought a long cocktail was called for. The bar lady, (the lovely Helena) came to the rescue!!She transformed shortcockatil to a long one. Not only did I have 3 cocktails, I decided to stay an have dinner. Again, Helena was there to advise and organise. As a single woman, I felt comfortable and enjoyed talking to other customers. A big thank you to Helena who not only can mix a mean cocktail but a really kind, helpful and interesting member of staff. Would have returned the following night had she been behind the bar.

Comfortable room and lovely housekeepers. Shout out to Uniqua (sp.?), who refreshed our room. The location was excellent as well!

From the moment I stepped through the doors of Hotel Indigo at 9:28 AM, I felt like royalty thanks to Ms. Andrea W and Ms. Heather N—affectionately known as the real-life Thelma and Louise. Although my room wasn’t ready yet, these incredible ladies made sure my wait was nothing short of enjoyable. They sent me to breakfast and promised to notify me as soon as my room was ready. What really stood out was how they warmly acknowledged my Platinum status with IHG—something you don’t often experience at other hotels. Their personal attention, genuine care, and exceptional hospitality turned a simple check-in into a truly memorable welcome. Andrea and Heather embody everything hospitality should be, making them the absolute best part of IHG and Hotel Indigo. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and professionalism. Haley M
