    Shut This Property Down

    Worst experience at a Caesar’s property ever. Multiple automatic doors broken at the hotel entrance. Several times my group had to get new card keys for our rooms. Including when we initially got to our room after checking in. I saw other guests having to do the same. When we initially checked in, the a/c unit in one room wasn’t working. Plus that room had no remote for the t.v. The next room they gave us, the a/c unit quit running in that room after a day. Also the shower curtain rod was broken from the time we got the room. Tried calling house keeping for fresh towels/wash clothes, no answer. I had to leave a message. Which would have been fine, if they had fulfilled my request. A number of the staff were friendly. But some acted like they could care less or like they were being punished to work there. For what is being paid to stay at this hotel, it is not worth it. With so many problems, some things had obviously been broken for a while, they might as well shut it down. Bad management. And it’s obvious Caesar’s does not care about this property anymore. Just get what money they can from the customers and don’t give them anything of equal value in return. Capitalism in the 21st century.

    Bad experience!!

    Came for a father day weekend. Only one elevator was working Saturday line was backed up and it would stop on every floor. Cards would not work sometimes, got a total of three cards. Card would not work at the pool . Fools in hall way were dirty had tape holding down carpet in spots. Pot holes in parking lot, weeds growing around different spots of building!

    Hmmm... someone left their underwear.

    Great facility as far as that goes, but the service and employee attitudes were the absolute worst. Never dealt with so many employees that were seemingly one step away from suicide - unhappy, unwilling, uninspired to do a decent job at customer service. It was really a shame. This is a management issue. The lack of oversight, lack of expectations, lack of training is apparent. I stopped at the casino next door just to check it out... and was greeted at the door with a "welcome" and when leaving I got a "come back and see us again". Wow... compared to the Horseshoe... well, let's be honest, there was NO comparison. When entering our room for the first time, we were pleasantly surprised. Well appointed and roomy. Sat on the edge of the bed and it was super comfy! Checked out the large bathroom and amenities in the room - very nice. But.... there was a pair of mens underwear (tighty whities no less) hanging of the lamp! I went down to the front desk (it needed to be brought to their attention) but I ended up feeling like I was the problem. Less than excited to help out and certainly with no sense of urgency. Went to eat and came back to the room and hour later, and guess what? Still there! Went back to the front desk where the girl seemed irritated to have to help, asked for my room key, and then gave me back a key to another room. No apology or anything... just handed me a key. Ugh.... the TOTAL worst!! I would have expected a note or call from the manager as well... but no. Now as far as the casino goes, very nice. Well laid out and well lit. Enjoyed the gaming.

    High Time @ The Horseshoe

    The room is Spectacular & Fabulous everything to my liking. The Machines are great but they're like every other Casino they keeps the money in the house. Lots of machines to choose from but I'm a High Limit Slot Player. After all said and done it was a Great experience.

    Excellent

    As always the rooms are super nice and the customer service is always on point!! Shout out to my host Kelly, she is always helpful and lets me know she’s available if I have a problem!! Of course the restaurants are all nice. I love the cleanliness of the entire Hotel!!!
