Great staff and value
Best Location in Coconut Grove - If you are a sailor with a boat in a marina or sailing club in the Grove this should be your shore spot. Great staff, room and value. The rooms are clean, staff is friendly and you are steps away from everything in the Grove!

Come for the view/location, leave for the scent.
Great location, beautiful view, gorgeous suite. The lobby and hallways had an overwhelming stench of 'air freshner' that was so strong we could taste it, gave me a headache and we left early. Not sure why it was so strong or if they were trying to cover up something foul but it was extremely off-putting.

Outstanding
What a find! Location is perfect for walking around the Coconut Grove area. The hotel is well maintained, luxurious, and clean. Our room was comfortable and spacious. Although Coconut Grove restaurants for breakfast are amazing, the $15 breakfast buffet in the hotel is exceptional. The highlight for us was the rooftop swimming pool and its magnificent views of the marina and harbor from the eighth floor.
Note that the building houses both the Arya Hotel and condominiums. This caused some initial confusion for us regarding parking as we entered the hotel for the first time. Hotel guests must use valet parking.

New Years 2025!!
Average, issues with multiple doors to accessed room. Slow elevators out of 4 only service one seem to be working, no handicap ramp for the elderly or person with disabilities only step stairs to come out of hotel. I was advised by desk clerk the this was actually a condo / apts that are offered as hotel units. Location was excellent

Good deal in the heart of coconut grove
This hotel offers a fantastic value in the heart of coconut grove. Its walking distance to the marina, parks, and all the restaurants, making it a really ideal location. Its also one of the tallest hotels in the area, and my room had a fantastic view looking northwest towards coral gables. Bed and guest room furniture was comfortable, and I was able to sleep well. TVs in each room are incredibly old (maybe 10 or 15 years?!) and desperately updating. In addition I was disappointed that the pool was only open from 10am - 6 pm. It meant that most days, I was not able to make use of it
